I bought a beautiful Knoll Saarinen oval marble table at the spring sale for a superb price. The purchasing experience was excellent. Communication with the sales and operations team was easy and prompt. The delivery team was fantastic and went above and beyond what was expected for the kerbside delivery service. They helped us carry the heavy marble top into my dining room and even lifted it onto the base for final assembly. I would highly recommend this company and praise them for their focus on customer service.

Love the lamp
Love the lamp, love the price in the sale, arrived promptly and very well packaged.
The only thing that was a gripe was that APC delivery left it on my doorstep instead of in the garage as per instructions, I couldn’t get hold of anyone so had to get hold of a neighbour to put it in the garage for me. Doesn’t impact my 5 stars for the service or product but just fyi for the store.

Delivery company is a nightmare
Ordered Hay palisades chairs. You will not get your delivery on time even for stock items. The delivery company kinetic has cancelled 3 times, each time I had to change my plans to be home.
Clearly many other customers in the reviews are having the same issues for a long time, so why don’t they use a better delivery service?
On top Holloways don’t have a good customer service department, nobody answers the call
Use other reputable online stores such as Heals.
