After many weeks of research, I decided upon The Energy Experts to install my Solar Panel & Battery System.
Having retired from the electricity generation industry, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.
Not only did they listen, but they made suggestions & additions to give me what I consider a very good overall package, they even liaised with Northern Power Grid on my behalf to get me the best connection possible to my local grid system.
Using no pushy sales pitch, any question or concerns were answered promptly in a clear & easily understood manner.
The installation was prompt & efficient, the actual system being built, commissioned & operational in a single day.
Overall I would highly recommend The Energy Experts to anyone thinking about solar panel systems.

Having taking the decision the install Solar Panels, The Energy Experts arrived!. In short the customer experience and service was and continues to be OUTSTANDING! If you require a simple no holds barred installation then this company is a MUST. The installation was completed by what I can only describe as Master Craftsman and his Team and I was involved in the process the whole way through. I cannot praise this company high enough (and no I am not related in any way shape form). I have already recommended them to two other friends and I would urge anyone reading this to give them a call. You will not regret it!!

I had my pv and battery system installed by The Energy Experts last winter. They took the time to properly understand my home and what I was hoping to achieve, proposed a range of options, then managed the installation. Once installed, they helped me get the most out of my system. It's been great.

Our son decided to have solar panels installed together with battery storage. Having checked out various suppliers he decided to go with The Energy Experts. I was so impressed with them keeping him up to date, installation was very quickly carried out. I was equally impressed by the equipment (foxess) and the way it was installed. On this basis I decided to install a similar system and from the date of order I was kept fully informed and the installation was within a week. After installation I was contacted several times to check everything was ok.
14 months on everything working well and saving a considerable amount of money and running the EV for almost nothing.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Started with a thorough consultation where they determined the most suitable product (not just the most expensive). End to end service and a great saving off the back if it. Definitely recommend!

Just finished today fitting solar panels guys performed above expectations all completed in one day. Scaffolding up in record time up ready for installation. Final walk through the system complete, only paperwork to complete . System working and saving money great job guys well done.

The company were brilliant from delivering a no hassle quote right through till the installation was complete. Everything was explained to me in detail and any questions I had were answered promptly. The installation went smoothly and the workmen were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have waited several months to write this review. We commissioned the Energy Experts (TEE) late last year (2023) to install PV panels and batteries. We have an air source heat system and an electric vehicle and wanted to minimise our outgoings. The installation process could not have gone better and TEE were one of only a handful of companies who would make the effort to visit the site and measure accurately. There was no hard sell and excessive techno-speak, and it was clear, when he visited, that David listened to his customers and ensured an optimal solution. Everything went to plan, with scaffolders arriving in advance of and immediately after installation - no long details with unsightly scaffolding sitting around for weeks. The installation itself was managed smoothly and with a minimum of fuss by engineers who were clearly able to solve any problems as they worked. Consequently, our panels not only work well but are aesthetically aligned with the house. The batteries work brilliantly and, coupled with a low-cost overnight tariff and exceptional amounts of exported energy, the annual cost of running our house and our car is now close to zero. We could not be happier with the outcomes and our decision to commission TEE.

Recently had my Hybrid System (Solar & Battery) installed with the Energy Experts and I couldn't be happier. After receiving several quotes I came back to Energy Experts for numerous reasons. David was super knowledgeable and never gave me the pushy sales tactic once. He was transparent throughout the process and nothing was a problem and they literally sorted everything including the G99 application to the grid. The install was seamless, I was fortunate enough to have Ian and Alex as my installers, absolutely amazing individuals! Ian was vastly experienced and a sucker for perfection which warmed me. Alex was methodical, super diligent and talked me through how to operate the system. Martin was my planning engineer and communication was first class. Let my honest review save you the time and trouble of getting loads of quotes and just go with the Energy Experts, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. We had an install completed for both PV panel and battery in n March. I only wish the energy companies were as efficient setting up the relevant codes etc.
System is working great and we can already see a reduction in use.

Currently we are pretty much mitral
Regarding energy use, as the export is balancing out what little we import from the grid.

Just need a few mores sunny days to have it pay for itself!

Extremely satisfied with the quality of panels and inverter. Installation process met expectations; staff surpassed them with exceptional service. Significant reduction in electricity bill, over 50% on sunny days. Despite higher cost, the quality justifies the price. Highly recommend for top-notch solar solutions.

We recently had solar panels plus battery storage installed by The Energy Experts. We were very happy with the whole installation process - the guys were friendly and efficient and they got everything installed quickly, despite some challenging weather conditions. The system performance is great. It produces more energy than I was expecting and even produces a reasonable amount in very overcast weather.
We had a slight issue post installation due to a faulty cable, but the after sales has been really good - they put a lot of effort into resolving the issue and everything is now working perfectly.

I am extremely happy with my new system. From start to finish they were very attentive and asked all the right questions. They made me feel like I was part of the process and were more than happy to accommodate my unusual and somewhat inexperienced questions.
