Actually needs to be 0 stars. Ordered on the 7th March. Delivery email as in transit on the 12th. Nothing since and emails bounce back as other reviewers have indicated. Will contact Facebook to alert them as this was how I first saw the toys. Contacting credit card company for advice.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order on March 3rd and only received part of it. Since then, I’ve been waiting with no resolution.

I received an email stating that the rest of my order was “on the way,” but that has not been true. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, but the messages are undeliverable. I also submitted my contact information requesting a follow-up and never received a response.

At this point, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. Buyers, please be aware and proceed with caution.

SCAM! Order never arrived and 0 customer service.

Would give no stars if possible. Purchase never arrived and when I contacted customer services, the emails were flagged as ‘undeliverable’. Trying to track my order on their website throws up an ‘order number not recognised’ message, so they’ve take nearly £30 from me in return for nothing. Can no longer find on Facebook to report them, as they’ve probably changed their name. Complete scam. Just wish I’d read the reviews before ordering - good lesson learned the hard way.

Order never arrived received no communication from them, sent several emails, total SCAM, STAY CLEAR, I wish I had read reviews before I wasted money

all emails have been posted back via postmaster unavailable email address, I even sent via the customer service page on the website this also comes back in sent, PLEASE stay clear don't get SCAMMED

A no star rating more likely. Firstly they advertise in aus $ then US $ appears on your statement
Then they say your parcel is lost in transit and will be delivered when they have more stock.
If you try to email them the email bounced back. Disgusting individuals taking hard working people’s money.
It was a gift for my grand daughter’s first birthday. So thanks for ruining her birthday for me.

They infact get 0 score. I ordered my first words talking flash cards 20 days ago. They total ignored my messages on their site & email. As for tracking order from China it doesn’t move from day one. I’ve demanded refund, but I won’t hold my breath. It’s disgusting how they get away with it. I ordered from Instagram. And will never use them for ordering again as there is no help or come back.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam!!

When I contacted them about a faulty car in the Roadmaze, they promptly sent the wrong replacement car ( for the car flexible track). We emailed back and forth for 3 months. Now they refuse to go any further unless I ship the wrong replacement part that I received ( shipped from Jamaica NY) to CHINA at my own expense. They refuse to provide shipping label or any correct replacement . Ridiculous!

SCAM! This is frustrating, they don't even have a phone number to call and emails kept bouncing back.

Ordered on 15 December, got confirmation the next day. Failed to deliver by Christmas, then on 30th was emailed 3x with updated delivery times on that day. 20 min after the second delivery update to say my parcel will be delivered at 3pm they cancelled it and said there was a problem. Courier sent an email saying I should contact the seller ‘if I still needed my parcel’. Like the hell I don’t! I’ve paid for an item which was supposed to be my son’s Christmas present and you have the audacity to suggest that I should just let it go? I contacted their support email only to get 4x bounce back emails to say it was undelivered. I went on their website to complain there, no response. So by now I’m thinking this is a scam. Scum of the earth taking peoples hard earned money and seemingly getting away with it

Do not order from this website!! I ordered 2 items from them - Card Early Education De Vice - received them after Christmas! No way to track as coming from China. There was a 2 for 1 deal which I chose (one pink, one blue) yet they sent me 3 items and charged me $98.00!!! I was too embarrassed to give these as gifts as the quality is so cheap and disgusting.
Immediately upon receiving them I sent an email to the support team that was provided on their site and it could not be delivered. I have been sending my email requesting return information every day for the past 2 weeks and they are always returned as failure to deliver.
I’m now going to talk to Visa about possibly having them get involved by investigating my concerns and have my money returned to me.

They do not tell you the items are coming from China, unable to track with the system they use. No way to get expedited shipping. Totally missed all Christmas presents even though ordered weeks before. And the most frustrating part is they don't care, very detached robotic responses.

Still not received my order. It's been 3 weeks. Now they don't even reply to my emails.

I ordered a math game for my toddler grandson from Montessori Generation online. It arrived and I reviewed the contents and there were no instructions included. I reached out to the company and it took several attempts (email from their site, email from my personal email, phone calls) before I got a response. After that experience, I decided the game was not what I envisioned to inspire my grandson and I requested a return authorization. Again, it took several attempts to get anyone's attention. The website claims "easy returns", yet they don't mention the difficulty in reaching a representative. The refund also took its time to be posted to my credit card. I had to make yet another inquiry to get someone's attention to complete the refund! I am very disappointed in Montessori Generation and doubt I will order from them again. There are so many other vendors who are responsive, Montessori Generation is not worth my time and energy.

Terrible quality goods which take ages to arrive from China. Do not buy from this site !!

My grandson loves these toys! They are high quality, interesting and stimulating. The packages arrived in a timely way, and I can hardly wait for him to open more at Christmas. Highly recommended!

Have not received my order after waiting 5 weeks. I have email this company 5 times with no response. I have called the phone number from the Website but the man that answered the phone said he is not involved with this company. The tracking number for my order comes up as "not found" by the carrier.

Same as others ... I ordered the Montessori dream cards in 3 languages and weeks after I have not received anything and when I track shipment, it's unspecified where it is. I emailed the company but no response. I have sent a message on Instagram, waiting for a answer!! It's definitely a scam!!! Be careful don't buy with them!! Lost money and it is quite expensive on top of that !!
