I have been with Gary and Jude since my first house purchase in 2014 and my second in 2020.
They have always gone above and beyond for me, hence why I came to The Right Advice.

My wife and I met with Geoff about a mortgage for our new purchase, I’m late forties so was a little worried about getting a mortgage when slightly older but straight away he put us completely at ease about the whole situation, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly and honest.

This house purchase journey has been very unusual in that two of our potential buys fell through so we’re on our third property now. But Geoff has made what you would think a very stressful time relatively plain sailing, thanks to him we are also porting our current mortgage over as part of the new one on a much better rate than currently available.
So while it hasn’t been as straightforward as a normal purchase Geoff and also Poppy have been nothing short of fantastic.

We are now almost completing on our dream home, Geoff and the team have been there for us every step of the way, answering our messages and calls whenever we were unsure of things or starting to get flustered, chasing up people and companies on our behalf, really going out of their way to help us. It has been absolutely outstanding service from day one.

We dealt with 2 people with 'the right advice' when considering our mortgage application.
We were a complicated case, returning to the UK after 8+ years of ex-pat residency around Europe.

Our initial advisor (Beth Garrett) was amazingly helpful, and explored scenarios and lenders really diligently, even though we weren't customers at that time. Then upon returning to the UK we worked with Alex Ashworth (Beth was on Maternity), who was great.

Always responded quickly, gave sound, practical advice, and worked quickly so we could complete on time. The whole application to exchange has taken ~2 months, we were first-time buyers returning from abroad and Alex made everything simple to understand and move forward. We genuinely couldn't recommend him and this company enough. We plan to remortgage with them when our fixed term has been completed.

My family has several policies in place all arranged by Hayley, ensuring that we have the right cover for our needs.

Hayley helped us to understand exactly what cover we would need according to our unique circumstances, and I now know that no matter what happens to either of us, money won’t be a problem and our children will be looked after.

Whilst you can’t put a price on peace of mind, budget was of course a factor. We wanted to get the absolute most out of the budget we had to play with and didn’t want to pay over the odds for something that we hopefully won’t ever need to claim on. Hayley was able to put together exactly what we needed at a price we could afford and this gave me the peace of mind I was looking for.

If I fall critically ill, and/or if I die, my family will be mortgage free, the bills will be paid, and the children will be looked after. Ultimately that’s the goal isn’t it. If you can’t be around to provide, you want to make sure that nobody goes without. Most people will never save enough money themselves to provide this kind of financial safety net, and we never know what is around the corner.

Insurance is crucial for everyone who has dependents, but what is equally crucial is entrusting an expert to put this in place for you, so you know that there have been no mistakes and any claims will be promptly paid out.
