We had been trying to sell our home for over six months with a well-known local estate agent, but it was incredibly frustrating. In all that time, we only had two viewings, and it became clear the property was overpriced and the agent wasn’t being proactive at all, no real marketing push or follow up.

Then Sheridan knocked on our door and introduced himself and his new business venture. I must admit, I’m not usually a fan of cold calling, but after a quick chat, we agreed to meet properly. It turned out we were his very first clients, which made us a bit nervous at first, but he quickly proved himself.

Since listing with Sheridan, everything changed. He’s valued the property realistically based on current market trends (much lower than the previous agent’s inflated figure), and the difference was immediate, we’ve had loads of viewings, genuine interest, and the house is now sold subject to contract!

Sheridan has been exceptionally proactive throughout, always available for a call or chat, quick to respond, and genuinely committed to making things happen. His communication is excellent, and he really goes the extra mile.

We had previously tried to sell the property. We had reached the final stages before the sale collapsed due to issues elsewhere in the chain. Because of that experience, we knew how stressful and unpredictable the process could be. Despite this, Michael stayed consistently positive, proactive, and supportive from start to finish.

Our eventual buyers were extremely demanding and often requested additional checks and work on short notice. Michael was instrumental in helping us navigate this. He quickly found the right trades and people to get things sorted in very tight timeframes, which kept the sale moving when it could easily have stalled.

What really stood out was how much Michael stepped in to help beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. In several cases, he helped chase and coordinate tasks that should really have been handled by our solicitor, who, unfortunately, was not very helpful. Without Michael’s effort and persistence, I genuinely think the sale would have been far more difficult.

Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell their home.

Mark was a fantastic agent from the start of the process until the end.
As first time buyers we were very unsure of the entire process but Mark was always very helpful and honest throughout.
Initially he gave us a great tour of the property, explaining everything as well as allowing us the time and space to view. We did not feel rushed in any way.
Mark was exceptionally easy to deal with and always responded really promptly to our many questions around the process and progress of the move.
Mark even brought a bunch of flowers and a bottle of wine for us on the completion day- a lovely touch!

He has also been heavily involved in helping me with my onward purchase, advising on prices and negotiations. I’ve been kept informed throughout and he’s always been available when needed.

Whilst an initial offer resulted in nothing Paul was proactive in bringing further viewings. This meant a further final offer on which we completed recently. We could not have hoped to sell so quickly in the current environment. So thanks!

I reached out to The Agency with a view to getting my property valued and was put in contact with Tom Kelly. He called me to arrange a suitable time and date within an hour of me enquiring. From the get-go, Tom’s professional, approachable and friendly demeanour shone through. There was a stark contrast between Tom and other agents I have experienced. Whereas other high street agents can easily make you feel like you are on a conveyor belt, Tom instantly puts you at ease with his steady and knowledgeable approach and I felt a great sense of trust from the moment he walked through the door. He took his time to walk round the property, ask questions and take in the details. This is the second time I have had dealings with someone from The Agency and I cannot recommend Tom highly enough.

Having had a poor experience with another local agent being unresponsive and inefficient we decided to contact Liam what a difference. The process of putting the property on the market with him was straight forward and without stress. We discussed expectations around the viewing process and price and agreed a plan. Liam then set up a WhatsApp group to keep us up informed and updated, this we found most helpful and reassuring particularly during the sale process. The fees might be slightly higher than others but the fact we would receive responses to our queries promptly was worth the slightly higher cost and invaluable during exchange and completion.

Sheridan has provided a 10/10 service from start to finish. Always available for any queries, always making sure the sale progresses as swiftly as possible and going the extra mile to help with sale of a house that was previously tenanted remote from us when we could not be in attendance.
Thoroughly recommended in all aspects.

I had an awful experience with TAUK. Please know that after you make a bonified offer on a property, they are highly likely to go on encouraging other viewers in order to increase the price. This is highly unethical and it's a terrible way to treat a prospective buyer. I would dodge this estate agency if you can, also they make you wait ages for an answer when you make an offer. Very dishonest and poor practice. I really would prefer not to be got at to delete this review by TAUK this time. I'm entitled to my opinion regarding how I've been treated.
TAUK are to be avoided at all costs!!!
