From the moment we began working with Tracey and Iain, the difference in service, professionalism and personal attention was exceptional, from the fantastic photos of our property to arranging an open day to maximise awareness.
Their knowledge of the local area and market conditions is truly outstanding and gave us confidence throughout what became a long and at times emotional process. What really sets them apart is how flexible, responsive and committed they are, nothing ever felt too much trouble, and we genuinely felt supported every step of the way.
Tracey in particular was incredible at managing both the ups and downs that naturally come with a lengthy sale. Her experience and understanding of the market meant that even during difficult moments, she remained calm, proactive and reassuring, always guiding the process forward with honesty and professionalism.
Communication throughout was excellent. They were available on WhatsApp to discuss items out of office hours throughout the year long process. We were constantly updated, given honest feedback during the sale process and always felt that our sale mattered to them personally. The level of care and attention we received is something you simply would not get from a larger or more traditional estate agent.
Tracey and Iain combine professionalism with genuine kindness and empathy, which made such a stressful process feel far more manageable. We honestly cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a special home with agents who truly care.

We came to Tracey and Ian Fisher at TAUK after having worked with a large estate agent group for the best part of a year.

Our large, extremely old, beautiful but unique family home of 40 years was always going to need the right buyer, not being a generic sort of property, we knew that. Unfortunately the estate agents we worked with, though keen and committed at the start, soon became distant as the months went on. There seemed to be no effort to market the property to the specific potential buyers in the area and any queries around that from us just resulted in "put the price down". We had very few viewings and no offers.

We then began working with Tracey. From the outset her approach was personal, responsive and extremely efficient. She really took the time to get to know the property and us before marketing it in a much more targeted way, thinking outside the box and encouraging us to keep the faith as "the right person definitely is out there and we only need one"! Possibly the aspect of Tracey that impressed us the most was her ability to understand that this was a very emotive situation, particularly for my elderly father.

Viewings quickly followed and Tracey kept us updated and gave honest feedback. She was available to chat pretty much anytime and her attention never wavered once throughout the process. Within a few months the perfect buyers were found and the sale commenced. Tracey held our hands during this emotional time and it really was pretty easy with her constant support.

On the day of completion Tracey came to see my dad with a beautiful painting she'd had made of the cottage with the dates he'd lived there. It was such a kind gesture and so typical of Tracey's incredible kindness and care.

I simply cannot thank Tracey enough for her kindness and professionalism throughout this process. She is a very special person who is somehow able to make an emotional, stressful process like this feel not only calm but also meaningful. Truly one of the most outstanding people we've ever met and we'd now never use anyone else. Highly, highly recommended.

I engaged Luke Alexander at TAUK to sell a house I was executor for. I live in the USA and the engagement was easy and efficient with no diffuclties associated with me being oversees. From day one Adam stood out from the other estate agents who visited my property. He saw the potential, helped me make it more sellable (it had been rented out) and was kind and understanding when I found the whole process a bit emotional. He was always at the end of the phone, kept me up to date every step of the way and answered all of my stupid (to me) questions with endless patience. Because I lived some distance away from the house I was selling, Adam took care of anything that needed doing, from checking in on the property, doing final meter readings and generally going above and beyond. After being on the market what felt like forever and one fallen through sale, it was pretty obvious to Nick I was at my wits end! He had the uncomfortable conversations around pricing and valuations and I’m so glad he did. When many agents promise you £1000s in profit, Nick’s valuation and advice was honest and meant that I secured a sale after relisting the house with him within a matter of weeks! The marketing was amazing and the house had never looked so good! The sale took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances but Nick kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nick is always at the end of the phone and will answer any questions around the clock (I don't know how he does it!) thanks to Nick for an excellent job well done!

Sheridan has been nothing short of amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable; he was always available any time we had a question or concern. Equally when we hit a few hurdles during the process he was constantly pushing and driving the sale for us. Without him I am not sure we would be getting the keys to our dream home on Monday, and all of this from an agent that was not even acting on our behalf! 5* service from a 5* chap!

I have just purchased a house in Falmouth from Clare Towl, who was an exceptional estate agent to deal with. From the moment I viewed the property Clare was honest, patient and didn’t try any hard-sell tactics, like I had experienced with other estate agents in the past. I really felt that I could trust Clare to provide honest and useful information from the get go.
Throughout the entire buying process, Clare has been on-the-ball and very organised. She was particularly great at liaising between myself, the sellers and the two solicitors. Couldn’t recommend Carol enough! She took over the sale of my flat following another established agency failing to sell it. It took her only a few weeks to get offers on the flat and she managed to sell it for 10% over asking! She’s also been great to deal with and is always contactable.
