Sheridan has extensive knowledge of the property market and estate agency business. He is without a shadow of doubt an extremely hard working professional and has been great at communicating with me throughout the time we worked together. He bucks the trend of some of the major corporate estate agents, he won't list your property and wait months for a sale. He will proactively work towards getting you a sale in good time. His ex-military ethos compliments his working ethic - something I can associate well with. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.

Although we have decided to delay our house selling for a year or two I feel compelled to write a glowing review for the help and entusiasm shown in our intial meetings.
Sheridan, presented himself with confidence and professionalism, articulating the way forward with the utmost integrity and empathy for our needs.
Impressing with his vision and clarity on the way forward when we sell; not salesman speak but genuine, honest, fact filled scenarios with clear cut answer for any problems that may come up.
It was more to do with our personal circumstances that we have decided not to sell, at this point in time, but when we do decide we shall get straight in touch with Sheridan
I must point out it was information from Sheridan, off his own back, which would have caused considerable extra costs to us, but helped us in deciding to postpone until we can address this in the future sale.
Knowledgable and helpful with no return, yet still remained enthusiastic; I have no qualms in highly recommending Sheridan to any potential house seller; a credit to himself and company.

I am needing to relocate and want to do it as soon as possible. In past property sales, I have used estate agents where my house had been on the market for months with only a handful of viewers in all that time. I had heard positive things about Nick and decided to ask him to be my agent. From the moment I met him, I was reassured that he was the right person. His marketing strategy was fresh and forward thinking. There was no pressure from him and he was both relaxed and very knowledgeable and informative. I really like his approach as you know that he really cares. He wants to help you get the right sale and get it all the way through to completion. I had a tough time selling my house the first time around, so I decided to give TAUK a go after a friend recommended Mia.

From our first meeting, everything just felt easy. Mia was open, honest, and really clear about what to expect, which I appreciated straight away. We also got on really well, and that made a big difference during what was a long and very stressful process. She was always easy to reach, no matter the time of day, and happy to answer any questions.

Contacted via Rightmove and no response, contacted direct and asked for Fri / Sat viewing as that is when we are in the area (c. 3 hours away), they offered Wed or Thu and said they are off Fri / Sat so no, could do the following week though.
Its like they don't want to sell properties.

Tried 3 times to view a property twice via email which I’ve had no response then my partner phoned up was told it would be passed to the relevant person and we would get a call back this was over 24hours ago still waiting absolutely disgusting

I was advised to meet Sarah as I was moving abroad and needed someone professional, responsible and reliable that could help with the property sale. The whole process was challenging and lengthy however she always had a prompt response and a positive outcome. On 11th March 2026 Mia Evans visited our property in Melling to value it and put it on the market for sale. By the 11th April it was sold at a very good price. Mia is an exceptional estate agent. Mark Quinn was absolutely superb through out the whole process, incredibly professional and proactive and went above and beyond to ensure a very difficult chain was able to complete. Mark sold the house within days and then helped deal with a very tight time table to exchange and completion. He recommended the solicitor we used who was also excellent and very proactive. He was available outside normal core hours and would always keep us incredibly well informed. If you are looking for an agent who really understands clients needs then in my opinion you should look no further.

Mandip was communicative and went above and beyond throughout a stressful process - was enormously helpful and moved things along due to his wealth of knowledge and local contacts, which we were enormously grateful for.

We done two viewings on one property with Tom and had an offer accepted by the vendors.

During the viewings Tom was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Tom represents the vendors of the properties being sold however Tom struck up a rapport with us as buyers and made us feel comfortable during the viewing and offer process. Not all estate agents do that, relying on the buyers simply liking the property and they just act as a middle man.

I would definitely recommend Tom as an estate agent for anyone looking to sale there home.
