My experience with Micheal was very professional he sold my property always keeping me up to date, nothing was never too much trouble, Highly recommended.

Paul was the agent selling the house we bought. He was excellent, knowledgeable about the location and the house itself and was honest and realistic in his replies to our numerous questions. Even after we had our offer accepted he continued to provide an excellent service and made the process just that little easier than it might have been. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling or buying in this area (Liskeard / Looe)

THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Michael has been excellent from the moment we sent an enquiry on one of the properties he is selling. He promptly responded and got us a viewing the very next day. We found Michael was very knowledgeable on the property and surrounding area, and we both found him extremely welcoming. He has kept us in the loop since we put an offer in on the property, and is helping the process along very well.
I will definitely be keeping Michael in mind if we ever come to sell our new property!

I can highly recommend Michael Mason at The Agency UK, he has been thorough and helpful all the way through our sale and purchase. Dealing with one person that handles all the communication between ourselves and sellers and purchaser has been invaluable. Rather than dealing with a number of different people Michael ensures that he is the one port of call. He is very available so queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Michael has dealt with all the viewings, we did not have to be present in the house. Michael has dealt with all of the photography and even retaken photos on a more sunny day to ensure maximum impact. He has always been approachable and friendly ensuring we were comfortable and happy at every point in the process. His personable attitude combined with his knowledge and professionalism has really impressed us and has been a refreshing change from the multi person large High St agency experience. I would recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to talk to Michael, you wont regret it, we havent.

From the beginning, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Tim & Kate arranged viewings quickly and were always available to answer our questions or follow up when needed. What really stood out was the personal touch they brought to the process, something you don’t always experience. They took the time to understand our needs and made us feel genuinely supported rather than just another transaction.

Carol Gunn is not your normal estate agent. She is one of a kind. She is knowledgeable, personable, she was determined to sell our property. She made our sales process as easy as possible. She gave guidance on how to best showcase our house and handled most of the viewings. In fact, we were on holiday when she sold our house. She looks after the buyers and dealt directly with the solicitors, keeping the chain intact and moving. Superb service. Thanks again Ann and George

Using Liam of TAUK was the best decision we have ever made, his constant updates helped us through the minefield of modern legislation and found us the right buyer for the property. It was never too much trouble giving advice at any time of the day and made our sale so much easier.

Carol at TAUK was absolutely brilliant. After our offer was accepted on our forever home, she set up a WhatsApp group and her replies were practically instant. She answered every question and guided us through the process. She went above and beyond, kept in constant communication, and when the chain got difficult, she was there pushing things forward. Without Carol’s input, I don’t think the purchase would have completed anywhere near as quickly as it did. If we ever sell or give recommendations, we’d absolutely recommend Carol. Liam was amazing! Straight forward and honest and managed to deliver exactly what he promised. Had a slow/ stagnant experience with my first estate agent but Liam was a breath of fresh air and made my appartment so appealing in a struggling market.

I honestly cannot recommend Sue Ianucci enough! From the first viewing, Sue was actively invested in showing me the home. So many Cardiff agents simply sell houses by opening doors- Sue was totally different!

I can thoroughly recommend Sarah Gabb. She lifted us out of months of selling doldrums with a different company. Sarah revamped our photos, added a video and jazzed up our descriptions. Within 2 weeks of going live she had 2 credible offers for us. She then stayed committed throughout the process to get us over the finish line and moved. She was friendly, always available and professional. If you want the job to get done then Sarah is your woman!
