Kirstie and her team make the most beautiful, treasured pieces. It’s become a little predictable that I always buy my wife something from Alkemistry but they are all instant favourites. Customer service is also exceptional - we lost one of my wife’s earrings and the team made us a single replacement.

On a recent visit to London, I discovered this store at Selfridges. Their jewelry is stunning. I bought a Diamond stud and two gold chains. The former I picked up in store and the latter they made for me to pick up a couple of days later. Before my pickup date, I noticed the Diamond stud had a flaw and decided to return it the day I picked up the other items. The woman who processed my return offered for me to keep the original jewelry pouch. I asked whether she had removed the stud I was returning and she said she had. I didn’t double check. When I returned to my hotel, I received an email telling me the associate had misplaced the stud and to ask if I had it. I double checked and sure enough the stud I had returned had been placed in the bag with my pickup items and not removed as I had asked. Because we were in London for a limited time, I offered to leave the returner earring with the concierge for alkemistry to pick up. I did so and provided a photo of the package. The rep from alkemistry never responded to confirm the pickup or even to thank me for the trouble I took to make sure it got back to them after their mistake. I had to call the hotel concierge to confirm someone had picked it up. While I love the two gold chain pieces I kept, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Contacted them regarding sizing and they were very prompt with replying. The bracelet is beautiful! Love it. I haven’t taken it off since getting it and it looks great still.

I bought the chain ring last year and after a while the chain was a bit loose due to the adjustable ball. I asked for repair for a fixed size. They kindly accepted and took care of everything even though I have to send back from Ireland. They fixed the ring and even tightening the diamond for me. All the communication was done through email and I have received the ring from DHL and now it looks like a brand new ring. Especially thank you to Rachel and people working in the workshop!

I am delighted with the rose gold bracelet I purchased from The Alkemistry. The bracelet itself is stunning and a beautiful shade of rose gold. I have wanted this bracelet for a long time and was delighted to find it was sold in the UK at The Alkemistry. It was beautifully presented in a white and gold box wrapped in red silky material and in a lovely silver padded envelope. The delivery was very fast and I could choose the day which suited me for delivery. Everything about the shopping experience was easy and professional with great attention to detail. I would certainly recommend The Alkemistry and will shop with them again.
