Signed up but received no correspondence aside from marketing emails.
Have tried repeatedly to cancel and get refund as per the 14 day refund policy but have had no luck getting through to them via telephone, email or chat on website.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Clearly a scam!

I would avoid using these courses as the whole thing just feels like one big scam. Only did courses because purchased through reed and they didn’t stay who the course was with before purchasing. Firstly, the site and content is very out dated, lots of spelling mistakes and an awful voice over on videos which makes tons of mistakes. Secondly, you get charged for certificates that you are told at the start have a free to down load option - this is a lie! I have just been charged £23 for a certificate that was supposed to be free, and the price changed as the transaction was going through! Thirdly, and I would say the most annoying thing, no one is EVER available to speak to! An instant messaged shows on your screen saying someone is available, as soon as you send a message they some how disappear and someone will get back to you, which takes days! I will not be using this site again. Terrible customer service, terrible site, terrible content - avoid!

Just completed the Pet First Aid course as a refresher for my original training about 2 years ago. I was a little sceptical how beneficial the online course would be but I shouldn’t have been as it felt so much more detailed than my original classroom training. Each module had detailed explanations and examples and was in bite sized chunks if you needed to take a break.
Mock exam was useful , pass certificate was emailed over within minutes.

Absolutely disgusted with the way these do business, I did the exam it then said I passed and for me to order my certificate, and then after I paid, it then said that I failed and need to pay £1.99 to redo the exam,
I’ve tried messaging them, phoning them and emailing them for a refund, and not 1 reply,
Don’t bother with them they’ll just take money off of you and not reply after!

Bought 3 courses had a problem with signing in. Then paid for 3 certificates only received 2, they refused to send third one and also refused to refund my money back. Avoid

Thank you! It was a quick and informative course for my teenage daughter who wants to start a Pet Sitting Business. I struggled to claim the free PDF certificate but it was sorted out immediately with Steven and the online chat.

I purchased 2 courses but then became very ill and for 2 years I was unable to do much, so my courses expired and I had to repurchase them. I sent a quick email explaining my circumstances and within a matter of days they had given me both courses back free of charge. It's wonderful to feel like they cared more about me learning than they did getting even more money out of a vulnerable person. That happens very little nowadays. They didn't even ask for proof that I was ill. Can't fault them.

Did the dog first aid course, great price, really clear explanation of course material, enjoyed it very much. Will be studying more courses. Highly recommend.

Courses are really good and informative and received PDF certificate within a few minutes to my email. the support you receive online is excellent with mostly an immediate response to your enquiry. I have put 4 stars only because i have found the site difficult to use on my mobile when it says it's mobile friendly. Using my laptop though i have had no issues.

Still haven’t received my certificate after completing the course and customer service will not respond to me, do not recommend.

The site was easy to navigate and the course was informative. The only thing that was disappointing was the fee that was charged for the certificate at the end of the course. It was a bit of a surprise and would rather have that included in the full price when buying the course. A little deceptive I felt.

did a course online with Theanimalcare.org. I have to say, i got a little stuck, and used the online chat. I was amazed on how quickly they answered my problem and helped me, so that I could carry on. will be doing more courses with this company and highly recommend them.

My dad and I done a course on the website. And it’s taken over a month to receive our certificates. It says 7-10 working days. We’re still waiting to receive our certificates!

*UPDATE* I managed to solve the redirect issue by turning off WiFi and using mobile data. As the course included a lot of videos this has cost me a lot in data. The course originated from a company called "Animal academy uk"and honestly I don't even know if The Animal Care have the rights to use it - I have emailed animal academy uk who are now investigating. I wish I'd gone to the animal academy from the start. I have searched the UKPRN (10087033) on the government website and it says the company does not exist, leading me to believe they are not a registered company at all and just a scam. I will be taking this further. The animal academy course refers to a quiz at the end of each section, which is not included by the animal care. The exam contains errors, such as misspelling of the word "snake" as "snack" and also questions where it asks you to select one answer from the multiple choice, when all of the provided answers could be correct. The certificate says "love them enough, give them best" which isn't correct English, surely it should be "love them the best"? It just makes it look unreliable. Also the video about scalds and burns cut short. Yes this course was cheaper than the animal academy, but I'd recommend going directly to them if you want the pet first aid and CPR course.

Constantly says "too many redirects" when I try to undertake the course. Still says this regardless of the browser or device I use. Waste of money- I would like a refund.

I have always been interested in delving deeper on Cat Health Care and Rectification and decided that now was the time for a career change. I therefore, needed to get qualified in order to follow my dream. Cat Behaviour Rectification & Cat Health Care and subsequent taken Feline Behaviour and Psychology Diploma course provided by Animal Care Org direct ticked all of the boxes for me. I found the course extremely interesting and stimulating. The course notes were detailed enough to encourage further self-study and the feedback was of great benefit to me. I found courses extremely helpful and supportive throughout the course and all in all I found it a real pleasure to undertake this subject. Kudos to Steven (Help Desk).

Can't start course as it keeps saying too many redirects. Have tried multiple browsers & devices etc to no avail. So far a waste of money.
