Pros: Course content as expected for the price of the course. I did a basic dog grooming and dog first aid course. It is a series of short videos and promises a multiple choice quiz at the end.

Cons: No multiple choice quiz, and there is a charge to receive the completion certificate of £9.50 upwards to well over £50 depending where you live and postage costs etc.
Be prepared to be spammed with emails on a daily basis. I have had to block them as it’s so annoying.

On the plus side I got a email saying I was student of the month before I had even begun my course!

I would avoid in future due to lack of transparency regarding the costs.

*Edit. Further to the response below from the course organisers I have provided them with my membership details (email address) to validate my review. I refuse to pay for the certificate. Their loss as I would never do another course with them again.

Good courses at reasonable prices.

I'm not a lover on online learning but i would like pursue a career in dog walking/ Dog day care as my own business, so would need some good credentials to prove to potential clients that I am a trustworthy knowledgeable person thst can care for pets. Enroled on a Level 3 pet 1st aid and CPR course with the Animal care. I worked my way thriugh the modules and the good thing is that you can go back over each modules if you're not sure whether you've understood everything which i found very helpful. You get 3 attempts at the mock exam before you take the final exam. I took the final exam after the 3 mock exams while everything was fresh in my mind and am pleased to say i passed. Next in a course on canine behaviour which im looking forward to. This has changed my mind on online learning

Canine Behaviour - Level 4.
Really interesting course, detailing the origins of the dog and some old world civits. I do not keep a dog any more but still found the course very useful - it was given to me as a free course with hen keeping. Thank you very much to the team in paticular as they got back to me when requested.

I am incredibly pleased with the Animal Care Level 3 course. It is easy to navigate. There's a wealth of information and the course also has quizzes that you can take at the end of each section. This really helps with revising and processing the information. I enjoyed being able to go back to parts I needed to revisit and learn. There is a mock test you can take before the final exam. The exam has 25 questions and 20 mins to complete it in. I'd recommend using the time and not rushing as it's easy to misread questions when you're anxious to do well. Relax there is plenty of time given. I had a technical issue with obtaining my pdf certificate but it was resolved within 15 mins after a quick phone call. Thank you for providing this course at a price I'm able to afford so that I can further my knowledge.

This course is very informative and full of knowledge. I'm veterinary nurse and this improved my skills. All recommendations from me.
