Terrible !!!!
Just got my delivery and after opening it looked terrible.. looks like someone has been ripping the back with a Stanley knife and battered the back.. definitely not what you expect from a new £300 piece of fake grass.. I emailed them and they said it’s ok.. well they never appreciated that I paid for a new piece not a battered piece so I’ll have to send it back and get a refund:- Not Happy and definitely would not use this company again.

The delivery of the grass was quick and left in my driveway. We had our original grass from you 6 years ago, we went for a very short grass because we have a dog but this time have gone for a longer grass and it looks really good. Would recommend you to family and friends.

Wish I could give a good review…
Wish I could give a good review like the many others but unfortunately I didn't receive the item despite forking out over £80 including delivery.
Was called earlier in the week at 0630am by an unknown number telling me he was an hour away with the astroturf, but he said an address I didn't recognise, he then said he would call me back but never did. Later that day I sent an email asking about this and also for a confirmation email with the order as I never received this to begin with.
It got to 12 Sept and I hadn't heard back so gave them a call and the man who answered was very abrupt and rude, telling me I had received the item the night before and that it was next to my silver Vauxhall, however, my car isn't silver or a Vauxhall.
He also claimed that the driver had been trying to call me so it was my fault as I didn't answer the phone.
I live in a new home where our signal isn't great so had received a couple of missed calls which I assume was the driver he was referring to.
The man advised me to use their WhatsApp icon on their website which I did and he sent me a picture of the rolled up turf by a fence in a carpark, and the said silver car. It's weird that the driver would leave it by a car and not at the address I provided on the order. £80 down the drain and had to go to B&Q instead. Whether someone picked it up and is now enjoying some free turf or what is beyond me!
Following the response, you are putting words in my mouth as I didn't say I expected you to "guard it". This is a very unreasonable and unfair response. There is a photo of the delivery and it is clearly in a car park and not in a yard.

Thank you Jenny, for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your order and delivery.
When placing your order, you specifically wrote in the notes: “Leave in wooden gated yard.” Our driver followed those instructions exactly. The piece delivered was small (approx. 1m x 4m, under 10kg), and while we understand your frustration, once an item is left unattended at the customer’s request, we cannot be expected to guard it.
Prior to delivery, you were sent an email 1–2 days in advance with confirmation. On the delivery day, our driver made several attempts to contact you so the goods could be handed over directly. As those calls were not answered or returned, he was left with no choice but to follow your written instructions and leave the item in the agreed location.
Every order, whether £80 or £1,000, is treated with the same care and attention. You are the first customer to ever report grass missing after delivery, and the reason is simple: your order was a very small, lightweight roll. Larger, heavier rolls, which make up the majority of our deliveries, remain secure once left and have never been an issue.
It is important to note that our service was carried out correctly from start to finish. Instructions were followed, advance notice was given, multiple contact attempts were made, and the delivery was completed exactly as requested. The unfortunate outcome here lies with the size of the product and the instructions you provided, not with any failing on our part.
