Terrible… once published you hear nothing at all. I’m seeking legal counsel to terminate the agreement and seek restitution of moneys paid.

They are scammers. The “Office building they’re are in” said they have never heard of this company. They do terrible work. Don’t know the first thing about publishing and run away with your money. Do not trust this company. I started working on my book with them and was very dissatisfied with their little editing. Find a better publishing company please. Avoid wasting your money with them!

I began the process approximately a year ago. The original project manager had some kind of falling out with the company and left. That was probably for the best, once he was replaced I felt the process moved a bit smoother.

I have hired The Author tribe in order to publish my first manuscript. At first I spoke with Alex who was not a high pressure individual but rather very professional who was genuinely concerned for my best interest. After researching the company, I felt comfortable since this is one in a lifetime situation for me. I was then assigned to Mick and his team who went over and above their call of duty to make this happen for me and they did splendidly.
We had a couple of challenges, Mick never stopped digging until all matters were ressolved. Mick & team spent an incredible amount of time and approximately 75 emails, they stuck there in order to get the ball rolling successfully.
I can honestly attest that this was a job well orchestrated from start to finish.

The experience was positive. I enjoyed working with the Author Tribe team. They walked me thru the process, and we managed to have a book completed and ready for publishing in an acceptable time

The quality of work was unacceptable and a disgrace to my professional reputation. Not only was the quality unacceptable but so was the customer-company correspondence. In the process of things, I was abruptly informed that an entire new team of individuals who I had never spoken with, who also knew nothing about my project, would be taking over moving forward. The original date that I had set (Easter 2022 [4/17/22]) got pushed further and further back and the quality of their work continued to dwindle. I am heartbroken as this project was very dear to me. He continued to promise services that were never delivered. I feel as though this company has caused me emotional distress and also played on my empathy. I have been very patient with the company and reached out several times to resolve the issues at hand, even before requesting a refund. Upon requesting a refund or any topic involving money, the company owner became aggressive and denied that I was owed anything.

It was a rocky start at first, but once we started to understand each other, The Author Tribe did an excellent job of keeping constant communication with me and helping me understand the process and effort it goes into writing a book. I would definitely recommend anyone to use there services. Not only are they affordable but they do good work as well. I am giving a 4 star review, what would make it a 5 star is if the great service could have started at the beginning, as I said it was a little rocky at first, but in the end I am happy with my first book and now have a better understanding of what I want for myself as a writer.

Fortunately, I encountered The Author Tribe Publishing Company.
Reagan D Cruz was Immediately enthralled with the MTB Book and almost Immediately became Bagelized as you will. Reagan has been very Instrumental in this book Publishing process.
He has educated and guided me through this Publishing and Marketing adventure.
He has been very patient proposing future guidelines and goals.
I feel I have gained a friend and not just a business associate developing BagelToons, LLC to the potential I have perceived.
A Step by Step agenda was developed for my current and future goals.
This is why The Author Tribe Publishing Company is foremost in the book Publishing and Marketing industry having total concern for their clients.
You may have the same success as I have projected associating with the Author Tribe Publishing Company.
I sincerely recommend them to anyone that is considering publishing a book.

They are a very nice and creative team who always communicate with everyone and are very passionate about their work.

I had an idea but couldn’t complete it. Author Tribe helped edited my script and most importantly marketed the book. If it wasn’t for Natasha, Sarah, Jake, and Linda’s continued feedbacks, support and promotional efforts, it would be an abstract idea, not an actual product. Really grateful for their work.

Appreciate the vigilance and details the team has worked in putting all the characters in form. The writer was quick and very patient in making the relevant changes as I bugged them several times. Great job The Author Tribe team, 100% recommended.
