Swift delivery and marvellous case … looking forward to using it this weekend

I was a little concerned about purchase from this trader that is unknown to me after checking the reviews and rating here. I decided to trust the majority of positive responses and sure enough this delivery was fast, reasonably priced and very efficient. I would buy from them again.

That said the majority of complains appear t be regarding returns - something that does concern me when making online purchases but that I have not needed to do so I can't judge that.

I recommend the company responds in line to those types of complaints in future,

Item was delivered quickly and very happy with the style and quality of the backpack.
It has enough pockets and is rugged and waterproof.

Bought an Eastpak Transverz S Cabin suitcase at 2/3 price at other shops. Arrived very quickly and suitcase was in perfect shape. Good quality service and product.

Purchased two Eastpak suitcases excellent product and price but would say the packaging was not very sturdy for 2 cases but survived with no damage.

Bought Eastpak suitcase which is great. Very competitive price and speedy service. Came in a really big cardboard box with no other packaging and with fairly flimsy taping. Box was well bashed although suitcase survived the journey thankfully.
So, scored lower because of packaging.

Very competitive pricing and quick delivery. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of was that I ordered 2 sizes of a suitcase to compare which was best but the company give very little help on returns. Nowadays either companies offer free returns or at the very least have a deal with the Post Office or courier to download a label at a more competitive price. I had to do the whole thing myself which was very expensive.

Company has broken consumers act, misleading sales online, images of a different bag online only to receive totally different coloured bag - having emailed the company three times they refused to pay for any return cost of bag, claiming it to be my error - despite sending them image of what's listed and what was received are totally different colours - no accountability, breaking the consumers act and misleading people , misleading me to purchase. Very unhappy, customer service none existent - passive aggressive on email and generally rude and unhelpful

Great company. The item was a way better price than anywhere else and turned up within a few days.

Items despatched promptly and carefully packed - all as described. Great price on specific piece of luggage I'd been looking (more interested in product than colour)

Been a bit hesitant recently ordering from companies that are unknown to me but was desperate to find a Dakine fall line ski roller bag in the pattern that I wanted and that wasn’t overpriced. Not only did they have the product I wanted but the delivery was fast. Ordered 1 Jan, shipped 2 Jan and received today. Considering it’s been New Year this is excellent.

Arrived in time for Xmas, recipient very happy.

We were really pleased as this came in the hectic and busy week before Christmas and it was a lot cheaper than in the Retail shops. Delivery and product as promised.
