When I received my package I was blessed by this beautiful aroma coming from the box, I was surprised at first but upon further investigation I noticed that there were free samples for a face mask alongside the razor blades i had ordered, along with that I had a copy of my order with a handwritten note saying Thank you in English and in French! As someone who works in hospitality this is one thing that 99% of other companies overlook but it makes all the difference, it shows care and humanity which is rare these days. To TheBeautiful, all I have to say is hat's off to you for making yourself stand out amongst the herd.

I had the most wonderful experience on Wednesday. I called and spoke with a lovely lady who helped with fine some products to help with rosacea and dark spots. I've tried endless products and struggled to find something that helps. I placed my order over the phone on the same day, and the next morning it arrived with the post. Absolutely tremendous service, and a local number to call too which is a rarity these days. Thank you for everything, and i will absolutely come back to replenish my products when they have been used. This is best online shopping experience I have had in a very long time.

Don't recommending purchasing electronics from this website. I ordered the Dr Dennis lip LED mask, within a couple of months the battery deteriorated. After emails back and forth, telling the company that the mask requires charging after each use, they asked me to send it back to them at my own expense, they tested it within a few hours of it's arrival and concluded that the device is working fine. I explained to them that if you fully charge the device and continuously switch it on, it'll keep working but realistically you use this device once a day so there test wasn't sufficient, after returning it back to me, the same thing continued happening and they wouldn't accept my explanation for this and asked me to speak to Dr Dennis directly, they were also no help whatsoever, they just said the device has been tested and they will not be able to do anything further or return it. This is within the warranty period and I have only used the cable that the device came with directly into a USB socket so I have followed the manufacturers advice for charging. In summary the device itself has a very poor battery, you'll have to charge it before each use and I can only imagine that eventually it'll stop working all together. I wouldn't be repurchasing or recommending for anyone to purchase electronics from this website, since they don't really follow the warranty protocols.

The fastest order > despatch > delivery I ever did see. Order at 3:45pm on Tuesday, received at 9am Wednesday with my post, that's not even 24 hours. The box smells amazing when I opened it, I think it must be scented with something lovely, and the delivery slip has a handwritten note saying 'thank you', it made me feel like I was the only customer. 5 stars well deserved and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for making an old gal' very happy.

I received an expired product, but after some communication, the company resolved it and issued a refund.

While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, it did take some time and effort to get there.

I believe this was a one-off situation, and I appreciate their follow-up and the final resolution. Thank you.
