I have lost an item from the inglesina electa quattro set during travels a year ago. Now that I have a new baby, I needed this item but no one will sell it separately in my country or ship it internationally except for Welcomemrbaby! Customer service was very supportive and quick to locate the piece I needed. Overall pleasant purchase experience

Leonardo was diligent in staying on an issue from the moment it arose until it was resolved. True exceptional customer service. Providing timely and honest updates.

Terrible experience. I bought a stroller from their website on October 4th, 2025, paying £280. After 5 days, it still hadn’t been shipped, even though I urgently needed it.
When I contacted them, they told me that the website says shipping takes 15 business days which is completely false, because it’s not written anywhere.
They offered me other colors (which I don’t like otherwise I would have chosen them myself), and when I asked for a refund, they completely disappeared: no replies to messages or emails.
Only after a phone call, when I said I would get a lawyer involved, did they finally reply to my messages, saying that the refund was being processed
I’m really sorry I didn’t read the reviews before buying, because I now see that they do this to everyone.
This store is a total scam.
Do not buy from them under any circumstances!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was told I would get a full refund once the item was returned. Once the item was returned they stopped replying to any emails or messages even after multiple screenshots proving it was returned. They stole $800 from me.
