I ordered the soft cover book. Which never arrived then theyvtried to make out i didn't. I would never order the book and at no time did I think u was getting an e book I requested a refund and even though I did not receive my order they refused to refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Blantant misleading if the product. STAY AWAY. WASTE OF MONEY and liars. I actually give them minus 10 stars

Purchased an item 5th April 2025.
Asked for it to be cancelled multiple times as I had no communication from them and continued to be ignored.
I sent a WhatsApp message on May 22nd and miraculously it had been 'shipped that morning'.
I was told to take delivery of the item and ship back to which I responded that i was absolutely not accepting responsibility for an item I did not want and then be faced with sending it back. How stupid do you think I am?!
I sent proof of return to their depot after delivery was declined here.
Numerous messages are being ignored after I can actively see them reading them.
Contacted their store directly via email. Strangely I got a cheeky response asking for 'a name or at least and order number'. Follow the email trail and you will know my issue with your scam of a company.
They have my name. They have my 2 email addresses which they ignore. They have my phone number.
I dont want these cowboys (Leonardo, yes, cowboy) having so many of my details but unfortunately I have had no other option but to consistently persist by any means necessary.
I am still fighting to get a response from them and my FULL REFUND.
As a shop owner with high standards of customer service for everyone who shops in my store, the sub zero level of customer experience I have received is horrific. I am angry now. My money has been stolen.

Parents, save your money, shop ANYWHERE but here. Our kids deserve better and so do we.

Leonardo, I would appreciate a response of some sort, i now have a legal case being built against your company.. surely you can manage that much considering how un-busy you are learning the basics of customer service.

Is it a massive amount? No.
Is it a low amount? Also..no.
It's principal now. It's personal.
It's money I worked hard for. Time away from my child. I chose to spend that money with you.
My child had to do without while you arsed around and I had to source elsewhere.
You have robbed me of my time, my money and directly affected my child. Now it stops.
Legal route starts.

Anyway, don't buy from here.
To summarise...it's s##t...

Commande non expédiée, aucune preuve d’envoi, vendeur aux abonnés absents, tromperie sur les stocks : à fuir.
Et bien sûr, aucun remboursement à ce jour.
Délais d’expédition mensongers… En bref, rien ne va : c’est une belle arnaque.
Je suis actuellement en litige avec eux, afin d’obtenir soit une preuve d’envoi (qu’ils sont incapables de fournir), soit un remboursement… ce à quoi ils restent étrangement silencieux.

Order not shipped, no proof of dispatch, seller completely unresponsive, misleading stock information — avoid at all costs.
And of course, no refund to date.
Fake shipping timelines… In short, everything is wrong: this is a full-on scam.
I’m currently in a dispute with them to obtain either a shipping confirmation (which they seem unable to provide) or a refund — to which they remain suspiciously silent.

Una TRUFFA!!!
Il 05.05.25 ho effettuato un ordine da questo sito e dopo aver atteso alcune settimane , decido di contattare l’azienda (se tale si può definire!) tramite whatsapp e mi riferiscono che l’articolo in questione era un modello fuori produzione e che in alternativa avrei potuto scegliere un altro prodotto dal loro sito.
Ovviamente ho optato direttamente per il rimborso ( ca. 300 €) richiesto per E-mail tramite ticket ma a distanza di due mesi non ho ancora ricevuto ciò che mi spetta e come se non bastasse, hanno smesso di rispondere su whatsapp.
Siete dei truffatori !! Vergogna !!
Ci sarà una procedura legale a cui sarete sottoposti e ne pagherete le conseguenze.

Ordered/payed for a booster seat 6 weeks ago ,2 weeks after payment I requested any confirmation of postage as on website said in stock 🤷‍♂️, replied with waiting on booster seat dispatch from supplier (sounds misleading as in stock) , repeated emails to them with no replies , I’m very concerned I’ve been scammed

I ordered baby car seat at 26/3/2025.order number 26748. They told me it will be shipped next week after. Now 21/4/2025.they keep told me next week everytime i asking for tracking.Now they not reply to my message. Definitely scam.dont buy from this seller.THIS SITE IS 100% SCAM!!!!!

There are many choice of baby product in Welcome Mr Baby, it only took less than one month to deliver from Italy to Australia. Also, the customer service staff are very helpful to answer my questions. I will definitely recommend the shop to every mom needed.

FRAUD! Item never ships after payment. Disputed with MasterCard and so far no response from the seller.

Bought a baby car seat and never arrived. Emailed and had no reply. Contacted through Whatsapp and were told to wait for another week, then they just stopped responding. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back. A waste of time.

Hola! Pedí una trona (pedido 26870) a mediados de febrero, que me tenía que llegar en unos pocos días, al escribirles por el whatsapp de que no llega, me dicen que la empresa de la trona que he comprado tiene atrasos y que si quiero otra más cara pagando la diferencia.
Le indico que no, que cuanto tardarán esos atrasos, a lo que no me lo especifica. Le pido si cambiando el color de la trona llegará antes y me dicen que no.
Con ello, les pido entonces que me devuelvan el dinero y que lo compraré en otro lugar. Desde entonces, hace más de 15 días, ya no me han contestado más al whatsapp (tampoco al teléfono, al email...).

Luckily after 3 months of placing the order with this scam of a company I have just received the refund via my bank after raising a dispute with the company.

I was told I would be refunded my 22% Italian vat £77.75 ref a toy Tractor that I purchased online on a month ago from you .
I paid dpd the carrier company as you told me to do and was told you would refund my monies which has still not happened after several email's!
I am really upset that you have not replied to me .

Two weeks ago I ordered a car seat base. The shipping time advertised was 3-4 days. I didn't receive a tracking number at the time. At one week and two weeks I emailed them with no reply. I contacted them on whatsapp and they keep saying that I will receive a tracking number soon. Eventually after 2 weeks I received my tracking number and the item arrived around a month after the purchase.

We ordered a new bedside for our crib. Website said it was in stock with a delivery time of 2-3 days. After 11 days we contacted them on Whatsapp and followed up several times in the next month and a half. A couple of times they replied they'd look into the order, other times they didn't even reply. Never heard back from them. Finally wrote and cancelled the order. Still waiting for a refund.
