El dia 20 de julio hice un pedido de un carrito, despues de una semana intentando conectarme con ellos malamente me contestan diciendo que el carro que pedí no lo fabrican, a dia de hoy sigo esperando que me digan como ago para que me devuelvan mi dinero sin ningun tipo de respuesta. No compreis en esta tienda!!

Doomoo commandé en kaki comme indiqué sur leur site et reçu en gris ! Je souhaite donc avoir des explications mais personne ne répond ni aux multiples mails, WhatsApp, tel.
Je l'ai exprès commandé sur ce site en stock en kaki. Si j'avais su, j'aurai acheté le gris sur un site français car beaucoup moins cher. Une honte et surtout une arnaque de n'avoir aucun retour de leur part.

I have messaged the company multiple times in the last 2 weeks and have had zero communication about my order. I should have looked up these reviews before purchasing!

Great customer service via WhatsApp. Fast delivery!

I purchased an Inglesina Aptica stroller, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. A week passed and all I got is copy-paste answers. Do not shop! I want my stroller, or my money back!

After I ordered a car seat then I found those reviews and started nervous. Then tried contacting them by email and WhatsApp, but no response at all! Don’t know what’s happening!

8/9 they did update me a tracking number and received my car seat in a month time, The process was painful, but luckily the result was good

I ordered a stroller 479 euros and after a week I had no information despite emails and WhatsApp. Then I got a WhatsApp reply that I would get full tracking info by the end of that week. After one more week I asked again for the tracking number and said to be patient as they chase their logistics. I then asked to cancel my order and also emailed at the cancellation email address, with no reply or money back.

Update: After about a month and half after ordering, never receiving tracking info, and despite repeatedly asking to cancel the order, I received the stroller. As I no longer need it, I asked via WhatsApp to return it, receiving no reply, not that I expected one. Disgusting experience.

My daughter ordered a Britax ISOFix car seat with the base to be delivered to WA state. We started wondering where it might be when we didn’t get any tracking info after several days… We found these reviews and became a bit concerned.

We sent in an inquiry via WhatsApp. As it turned out, there was no need for any worry. We got a response immediately and received the tracking number right away. The carseat (with the swivel base) arrived shortly after. It was in brand new/mint condition and was exactly as ordered. We will order from them again. 🥰

Scammed, same as all other people, why did I bother buying from them after reading negative reviews? Any saving you make is not worth the hassle. No comms about delivery. No refund after they promised. Taking it up with my bank. I wonder, reading these reviews do the employees / owners of the company feel good about themselves? So sad...

I ordered a car seat 2 weeks ago but still haven't got the tracking information yet.
I tried to contact them but they just excused about logistics company where delayed. Now I feel like I have now been scammed.

#updates 31/05/2024 : They told me order has shipped already but logistics hasn't provided them tracking number yet.
In my knowledge, if they receive parcel will get a tracking number automatically.
It's still doubtful so much...

#updates 17/06/2024 : Still waiting for answer about shipping details. No one replied me.

#updates 18/06/2024 : Finally I got a tracking number from them. I will see how it is coming.
I will update when I get it.

Exactly what I ordered. I am satisfied with the product. There are two things.
First, business working days need to be changed maximum 2months instead of 10days.
The other one, they work definitely but they don't work for their website. If they update status properly they wouldn't get bad reviews like this.

Ich habe am 26.03.2024 einen Kinderwagen für 213 € bestellt, bis heute 02.05.2024 keine Ware bekommen. Auf meine Emails und WhatsApp Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert. Volle Ignoranz.

Do not order from them. I ordered a baby bath to the UK. They said that I would need to pay the import tax and that it would be refunded to me once I provided a receipt of the import tax payment. No refund was ever sent to me. Messaged their support desk and their contact on Whatsapp, no response. Do not order anything from them

It is very quick to get the product in Australia. It takes only 7 days from Italy. So great.

Vaya estafadores estáis hechos, en resumidas cuentas pedí con todos mis derechos una cancelación del pedido y me dijeron que no, que cuando lo recibiese hiciera una devolución, cuando me llegó, evidentemente muy fuera de plazo, realizo la devolución y jamás me devolvieron el dinero, en mi banco me hacen un retroceso de pago, después de tres o cuatro meses me aceptan el retroceso ya que aporté todas las pruebas. A los muchos meses, en cuanto he metido nuevamente dinero en esa cuenta han vuelto a cobrármelo, y prácticamente sin posibilidad de que me lo devuelvan, son 419,90€, estáis jugando con el pan de un bebé SINVERGUENZAS, se os tenia que caer la cara. Sois unos estafadores y ladrones!
