Vaya estafadores estáis hechos, en resumidas cuentas pedí con todos mis derechos una cancelación del pedido y me dijeron que no, que cuando lo recibiese hiciera una devolución, cuando me llegó, evidentemente muy fuera de plazo, realizo la devolución y jamás me devolvieron el dinero, en mi banco me hacen un retroceso de pago, después de tres o cuatro meses me aceptan el retroceso ya que aporté todas las pruebas. A los muchos meses, en cuanto he metido nuevamente dinero en esa cuenta han vuelto a cobrármelo, y prácticamente sin posibilidad de que me lo devuelvan, son 419,90€, estáis jugando con el pan de un bebé SINVERGUENZAS, se os tenia que caer la cara. Sois unos estafadores y ladrones!

We weren't sure what to think when we researched reviews of this shop before ordering due to some comments about long delivery times, so we contacted them directly via WhatsApp to enquire on the stroller availability and shipping timeframe. Got immediate responses and assistance throughout the whole purchase process. It got delivered to California in 10 days after purchase. Super happy with them and can definitely recommend them to others and we will purchase from them again.

I have placed an order on the 7th of September with twins arriving 27th October.
Spending $3,000 with absolutely nothing functioning or able to use.

I purchased the triplet pram with 3 matching capsules that fit into the car.

Firstly the chassis never arrived.
2ndly the capsules don't fit on the bases you provided.

I got assistance by your contact on whatsapp they advised me of all the parts to purchase by providing me the links to add to my order (cart)

I would like to get a prepaid return sticker to send all the products back and get my money back as this has been errors on your behalf.

I've had to purchase different car seats and a whole different pram and spend more money.

After sending this and multiple whatsapp messaged I still haven't received the chassis to the pram but I have the triplet seats that I can't do anything with. No-one is replying AT ALL. They told me to return it and I'll get my money back. I was quoted $2000 to return it, from 3 different postal companies. I'm left spending $3,000 and can't use anything.

EDIT: now two weeks later they put the charge through!!!! NO LONGER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM.

I placed an order for a bedside sleeper and then got nervous it wouldn’t be here in time for me to use for my baby since she’s already 3 months and a lot of reviews said the items came way late if they came at all - because of this, I emailed to cancel my order. I was again nervous that my money wouldn’t be returned and I’d have to fight to get it back, or that I wouldn’t ever get it back and I would just receive an unusable item months late. However - that was not my experience whatsoever! I was pleasantly surprised that within a few days the pending charge on my account was gone and I got my money back immediately! I did not receive an email confirming, but I received my money. Very happy with their customer service, will definitely use the website for future babies(keeping in mind the extra time needed to order). I do think they should update shipping times to be accurate though so they would have less negative reviews!

I ordered a cover for a children's feeding table on 02/09/2024, as of 02/27/2024 there is no cover or a response to my requests. looks like a scam. I read the reviews, in shock. why do I need my product after 3 months. very disappointed, because it is for a child.

The order was sent to you appropriately, I loved the baby stroller very much, I was looking for a stroller for twins, had side-by-side chairs and large wheels that folds easily and don’t take more space in storage. I didn’t find something similar in my country..

Terrible. waiting for more than 3 weeks for the stroller and car seat for our first baby obviously before his arrival. They disappeared as soon as they took the money without giving any indication of when and if the stroller will ever arrive.

I placed my order on 9/22/23. I have left multiple messages on their website portal and have not received a response from them since 9/29 when they stated their logistics team was looking into finding my shipping information. No option on their website to cancel the order either so I may have to file a dispute with my bank.

Update: 11/6 and STILL have not received a response from the company.

Update: 1/7 they tried to have my review removed… I still have heard nothing from them.

Decepcionada, realicé un pedido ( 24870) de una silla de bebé para coche, el día 24 de septiembre e intento contactar con ellos y no hay respuesta.
Espero recibir el pedido pronto, o bien el reembolso del mismo.

Took an order and never replied by email or whatsapp after. Delivered item after 2 months instead of promised 1 week. I requested to cancel the order multiple times after the agreed delivery date was missed, and no response.

I bought a booster car seat 2 days ago, same day I got the email that payment was processed. But I haven’t got any shipping tracking e-mail. And I send several e-mails for asking about the shipping tracking number but no response. I am now worried!!!!

My experience was very good. The packages arrived safely and as ordered. The shipping costs were competitive and reasonable.
Why have I not provided an excellent 5-star rating?
There was a delay between the order, payment being finalised and shipping. When I followed up the delay, there was no response until shipping occurred. The company has a portal for communication on orders between customers and the company, but responses were not forthcoming. An acknowledgement that the order was being processed would have alleviated my concern as a first-time customer.

Abbiamo acquistato un bellissimo trio della Cam sul sito e ci è stato spedito in Germania con una spedizione super veloce. Il tutto è arrivato in perfette condizioni e con una disponibilità da parte del negoziante che ho apprezzato davvero molto. Consiglio vivamente!!

i placed order june 27 2023 and im still waiting on shipping information haven't received no information about my order. i emailed them a couple times last week and still no answer. hopefully i get an answer soon or hopefully package arrives soon.

Fantastic shopping experience. I waited a few days for the product to arrive but it was exactly what I was looking for.

Commande effectuée et payée le 21juin. Délais de livraison annoncés : entre 4 et 5 jours.
On est le 2 juillet, 10jours ont passé et plus de nouvelles de leur part, le colis est toujours indiqué à "to be shipped shortly"...

Livraison finalement reçue, mais le siège auto qui était dedans n'avait rien à voir avec ma commande initiale.
L'explication que l'on m'a donnée à été : " Vous aviez l'air pressée et comme l'article que vous aviez commandé était endommagé dans notre entrepôt, on vous a envoyé un autre modèle".
L'intention est louable, mais cela aurait été mieux de me demander mon avis avant. En effet, ma base de voiture n'est pas compatible avec le siège reçu.
De plus, l'article est toujours indiqué comme disponible sur leur site, ce qui n'est visiblement pas le cas.
Enfin, plus de nouvelles de leur part lorsque j'ai souhaité leur renvoyer leur article afin d'être remboursé.
Bref, ce site n'est pas sérieux, donc à fuir (ou bien payez avec Paypal pour être remboursé).
