Informative and easy to digest videos.
Prepared me for birth and beyond. Couldn't recommend The Bump to Baby chapter enough.

The guidelines and advice given really calmed my anxiety when thinking of having a natural birth. I ended up have a c-section but the tools I was given helped me to know when to question certain decisions and actions. It’s a must buy for any new mums or those anxious about birth x

Really great course which fully prepares you for labour. It's a really good balance between traditional hypnobirthing and a midwife/hospital perspective.

Super informative course that you can do at your own pace. Really accessible and also affordable. So much information that would cost lots more elsewhere. Found it really digestible and would recommend to anyone to prepare for birth/parenthood.

This course made me feel so confident and controlled during birth. I was induced unexpectedly and used my EBRAN tool to make informed decisions throughout and managed to birth using only gas & air. I felt the breathing techniques this course shared enabled me to maintain control throughout and the midwives I had said it was the nicest birth they had witnessed in a really long time and commented on how calm and relaxed I looked. Would highly recommend this course!

Beth really helped me when I felt I was being forced into an induction situation. She reassured me that this was my choice and gave me very useful statistics to make an informed decision. I avoided induction and had a natural birth with just gas and air and was home the same day. The course gave me so much information to make me prepared in what May or may not of led ahead. Highly recommended.

The course was so easy to follow, in bite size modules that I could do at my own pace and watch again and again if I needed to.

I never thought hypnobirthing could help me as much as it did during my labour. From the moment I gave birth, I told everyone how much of a positive experience it was.

If I’m lucky enough to fall pregnant again, I won’t hesitate in revisiting the course before giving birth!

I really enjoyed doing the course and learnt nearly as much as I did from the in-person antenatal class I did. In labour I remembered the advice to drink plenty of fluids to help the uterus muscle work, but it turned out I drank too much and my daughter and I ended up having to stay in hospital for a week with hyponatremia.

The birth I always hoped for but never dreamed I would get, was possible because of this course. Understanding the core biology behind labouring and using the invaluable breathing exercises, transported me into a safe and focused space during my contractions. Additionally, I was given so much knowledge around labour, active labour, induction and interventions. This knowledge helped me make informed decisions and advocate for myself at such an important and special time.

I’m adamant that The bump to baby chapter is the reason I had the most amazing first birth. I went from 3-10cm without knowing in a matter of 6 hours whilst my partner slept through it 😂 I had my birth plan but knew it was just a plan and it happened the opposite of what I planned. But after doing the course I still knew exactly what was going on and what other options I had. I pushed my baby out in 1.5 hours I also brought the baby chapter and this helped me so much with the early days of motherhood. If I have another baby in the future I would be straight back to my bump to baby chapter!

A fantastic resource. From the online videos to the in person classes - everything is so helpful and helped me through the birth of my first child. I felt empowered, and in control, knowing what to expect and how to make my own choices. Such excellent value for money and the in person classes were not only an amazing way to learn (and laugh!) but a great place to meet other parents to be and join a shared community. Thank you Beth! (And Maisie and Oli who led our sessions!)

I truly believe without this course I wouldn’t have managed during the Labour the way I did! Highly recommend!

helped me prepare for labour. Videos can be watched in your own time, at your own pace so you don’t feel overwhelmed with info.

Really fabulous course. I knew nothing about birth and babies before I did this course. It was so informative, really down to earth facts and nothing about breathing a baby out (which having now had my son was never going to happen!) I would strongly recommend to any first time mums. I also made my husband do it!

We did the antenatal classes which were informative, interesting and extremely helpful! Felt really reassured that the birth will be a positive experience! Loved the last session which was more practical as well, learning how to change nappies, breast feed and swaddling. I’m also working through the online course which is amazing! Beth explains everything so well and there’s so many useful tools in there to take away. They’re not too long either so if you’re like me and don’t have the best attention span, these videos are perfect!

The best course for pregnant women on the market. Insightful, lovely, informative, down to earth, well, all you need in one place. And what is also important, isn't expensive at all. The best money spent for preparing yourself physically and mentally for the upcoming birth.
