The Carpet Cleaning Company Reviews

I had carpets cleaned recently.
They were cleaned efficiently and professionally.
It was all done with a pleasant attitude.
The experience from booking to cleaning was straightforward.
The carpets looked fresh and bright afterwards. I am happy to recommend the company and to use them again.

Rang after being let down by another company. The person I spoke too was extremely helpful and understanding. Received txt messages and phone calls on day from cleaner advising me of delays and he was also very polite. I discussed the job and left him to it. He cleaned the whole house, 3 bed semi, in good time with good results. Would recommend to anyone.

excellent service so easy to deal with - very proffesional

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the carpet cleaning team for the excellent service they provided during their annual visit to our care home.

As always, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the day. They carried out the annual deep clean of our lounge chairs to a very high standard, and this year they also completed the annual clean of our lounge carpet. The results were outstanding, with both the chairs and carpet looking fresh, clean, and well cared for.

The team worked respectfully around our residents and staff, causing minimal disruption while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service are greatly appreciated.

We are very pleased with the results and would happily recommend their services. Thank you for another excellent annual clean.

Had my carpets in living/dining room; hallway, stairs and landing cleaned. Neil did a fantastic job. So pleased. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Arrived on time. Pleasant to have in the house, explain ed the process. Very good result.

Would highly recommend, very good pricing had my sofa cleaned to a high standard. All marks were removed I had pet hair & toddler food. Looked fresh. Service was 10/10 gentlemen was super helpful and friendly.

I had my couch and rug cleaned. The rug is probably 20 years old and never been cleaned, James did an excellent job, the rug is like new! He arrived on time, was very polite, speedy and tidy. Definitely recommend the Carpet Cleaning Co.

I have had these out several times. On one occasion I wasn’t entirely happy with the furniture that was cleaned. I called them and they came straight out to rectify. Any company can make a mistake. The character of a company shows when they are required to correct that mistake. And they did. Very customer focused and want to make sure the customer is happy I will continue using these as rate to find a company who actually focuses on the customer anymore

James was fantastic with my nans carpets. We are super protective of her due to her age but he was very brilliant and made her feel very comfortable. Will definitely have james back again soon. Brilliant price and great results.

Friendly, and great service.

Cant recommend enough !

Really great customer focused experience from start to finish. A thorough initial discussion on what I needed with professional advice, followed up promptly by quote and appointment date. I then added another item for cleaning and quote was amended promptly. On the day, Neil arrived as agreed, was friendly, polite and worked hard (on a very warm day!) and our sofas have come up a treat. They were embarrassingly filthy! Have received a follow up email with useful 'maintenance' advice. Would definitely recommend. Top class service.

MAGIC CARPET RIDE - My carpet is five years old and was looking dull and flat so I felt it was time for a deep clean. I consulted Check-a-trade on-line because of the protection it affords customers. I was delighted to find there the Carpet Cleaning Company who have won the Carpet Cleaning Company of the Year for London and South-east England Award for 2025/2026. They are also members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and these accolades were enough to secure my trust in them. Once I reached out to them, they sent me the most detailed questions about the condition of my carpet and comprehensive information regarding the cleaning process which really impressed me. I was absolutely sold when they quoted a price that was much lower than another carpet cleaner that had no accreditations at all and who gave me no details about their business and what they provide so I knew I had found the very best and I booked them immediately. On the day of my appointment, a lovely, friendly and professional Gentle-man called James came and explained how he was going to restore my five year old carpet to its former glory. I was flabbergasted when after just 20 minutes he was finished and my main reception area and lounge carpet was bright, clean and the fibres plumped-up. The price was exactly what they had quoted me in the beginning and they had a 'chip and pin' machine with them. My carpet looked brand-new and it lifted the whole room and I was very happy and will only have my carpets cleaned by them in future. I experienced the ultimate 'magic carpet ride' to a perfectly revived carpet and recommend the Carpet Cleaning Company to every-one who wants their carpet 'magically' revived.

The carpet cleaning requested was to remove blood stains. The work resulted in a clean carpet. The individual who did the work was very thorough, courteous and went the extra mile. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very polite, professional and efficient.

Easy to book for my lounge carpet to be cleaned. Operative arrived on time, was plesent to deal with and cleaned my lounge carpet. Price is very good and would highly recommend

Excellent service all round - the job was completed to an extremely high standard within 48 hours of my initial enquiry. Very friendly and efficient service from everyone I dealt with, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are so very grateful to you for coming out to our home at a moments notice to clean our furniture after our oil fired boiler had blown soot everywhere. Having professionals who are so kind yet diligent and committed is so very helpful and reassuring; especially when there are disasters in the home. You treated our home as if it were your own.

Friendly, responsive and on time. Carpets were carefully and professionally cleaned - extremely happy with the service from initial enquiry to finish - will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

I was recommended this company and they didn’t let me down. Great job done at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this company. Very polite and helpful from start to finish. Well done.
