The item , it's quality, value and security with which it was packaged for shipment deserve 5 stars. In the future, however, I will give the Shop a full month to ship because it did take almost 3 weeks to be placed in the mail, plus another in transit from Mexico. In a nutshell I will happily purchase from the Shop in the future!

These Ceramic/Clay Catrinas are a work of art that express themselves individually. Truly one of a kind. I’m so pleased with the Artist work and creativity that I have started my own collection. Customer service does an Excellent! Job in the packaging along with instructions as to how unpackaged with care.

I ordered a beautiful Catrina in October 2022. The body was perfect but the head was damaged. I emailed the Catrina Shop and they were very accommodating. My new head arrived today and now she is complete. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and amazing quality of my new Catrina.

both times shipping took the tine expected and packages arrived well enough.

This is our fourth Catrina we've bought from the Catrina Shop all are lovely. Packaging and instructions for unwrapping are perfect. We will continue to purchase from them.

I bought 2 ..one was a gift for my nephew...he absolutely loves it

Absolutely love my Katrina Dulce! She did arrive with one of her thumbs broken despite the incredible packaging job that was done on her. Given how many super delicate parts she has I still find it amazing that was the only thing broken. It was easy enough to fix with a dot of super glue and the seam just looks like a skeletal joint.

Am keeping her in my kitchen, though for Halloween eve and Dia de lost Muertos she's the new center piece of our home ofrenda. She really makes it look extra special. Can't recommend this shop enough, the detail on her is magnificent.

Beautifully detailed Catrina Matilde! Delivered as promptly as promised. Packaged extremely well, arriving in perfect condition. We made her an altar for Día de los Muertos, befitting a Queen, and shared it on Facebook to the delight of our restaurant followers. Thank you!

This is our second oversized Catrina from the Catrina shop. Shipping is fast, well packed and the catrinas are beautiful and unique. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special. Products do have a strong smell from whatever is used to finish them. The scent gradually fades and is gone after about a week or so. Well worth it though. 10 out of 10!!

I was very disappointed with the quality of my Catrina. I absolutely love Catrinas and have a large collection, several pieces are from this shop, however as a valentines gift from my husband he ordered me a very tall Catrina and although she is beautiful the quality and workmanship is quiet disappointing. Her body is all crooked as if she was laid on her side during drying time or baking. She is completely flat on one side and is very lopsided. This is the 2nd piece I received with poor workmanship, the first was replaced. This particular one is a gift and so I’m not sure how to have it replaced or refunded. The pictures portrayed are of special care and detail certainly not what I’ve received.

I ordered a Katrina for my wife for our 10 year anniversary when I received it I was very disappointed it looked like it was done in a rush it was just very bad I was surprised I ordered them from her before and was always satisfied to be honest it was so bad that I took it to a tattoo artist who also paints to have it repainted

The doll was recieved with a broken arm. There is no way to contact them to fix it.
