Great support to find a compatible camera for my old system camera. Had issues setting it up but the tech support from Huzi was very good and resolved all my issues quickly and professionally. Would use again fro any of my cctv needs. Great service all round.

Fantastic service, Alarm arrived earlier than expected was a mistake with one item sent in the wrong colour from what was ordered but Huzi was in touch and sorted out the issue straightaway and sent correct one out. The level of service was not exceptional no fobbing off or asking million question. I can’t fault the level of service and the products everything working. Like to give a massive shout out to Huzi 🫶🏼 huge thank you.

Received emails re missed delivery which my fault but unable to talk to customer services only an email address which the recorded message advised me to contact which I did but no one called back.

My order didn’t arrive. I chased up a link in the email to see tracking info said DPD had tried to deliver twice and gave times. I have Ring and a separate CCTV system. No delivery was attempted at these times. I have a parcel safe place but, after chasing up twice over three days on email, this retailer says they need a person to accept the item. This was not a condition of the sale and they stated this after the fact. It’s quite a prescriptive boiler plate type email. The tracking shows it was returned on 6 September. It is now 10 September and they still have not dispatched it. I am writing to cancel.

Update: Following this review I received an email from a different person at the store with much different tone. They apologised for the shipping error and sent it out two days later with instructions for safe place. All good now.
