Delivery didn’t arrive
Our family has used cheese geeks for a number of years and the cheeses are amazing. Unfortunately I had booked a delivery for my son’s birthday a month or so in advance but very disappointed that it arrived a day late due to delivery issues. Not sure I would trust this in future and would likely buy the cheeses locally

While the order was dispatched on time with a next-day service, the courier delay meant it arrived later than planned, which I appreciate is frustrating when it was intended as a gift.

Highly recommended, 5⭐️ all round. A return Buyer to the CheeseGeek that specialises in wonderful cheeses & first rate customer care. On this occasion, their courier, DHL badly let them down on two deliveries, it was third time lucky! Every effort was made to resolve, follow thru' & compensate for the inconvenience that the courier caused. A big thank you to all at the CheeseGeek but most especially Jen who was brilliant at chasing & sorting out successfully. Thank you. 😊

Excellent communication from cheese…
Excellent communication from cheese geek and DPD. Quick delivery, very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. Bit naggy for reviews so ok I’ll do one. Purchased a random cheese selection of cheese that was v. close to date which was half price. Totally underwhelmed by the cheeses in the box. Bland, tasteless would be my summary. Apparently cheese geek didn’t send the right quantity so more emails and then another delivery so in the end I received about 1kg of bland cheese for the £20. Duplicates of bland cheese included. Regrettably, threw it out after trying it.
Better off going to Waitrose cheese counter. Doubt I’ll use it again and certainly not at the usual prices. Try cheesegeek and see what you think.

Easy to contact and quick to reply to any issues, I had a problem with the delivery company and Cheesegeek followed up with the company twice, sending out another cheese box when the first delivery took too long.

I’m very sorry for the confusion around the delivery timing. All orders placed on our site are scheduled for delivery using our date picker at checkout, and on this occasion we can see that 9th April was selected. This is why there was a gap between ordering on 1st April and delivery.
Our boxes are only ever in transit for under 48 hours to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition.
That said, I’m really sorry that your delivery arrived a day later than expected - we completely understand the impact that can have, especially when it's for a special gift.
