We started using TCM at the back end of last year. AUFC have teams from U5s right up to senior level and all coaches and players have access to this amazing facility.

As a coach of both the U6s and the Senior reserve team, TCM has become my go to place when planning training sessions. Even when you think you know your stuff, TCM can open your eyes to things that you may not have even crossed your mind. As they say “every day is a learning day”.

I couldn’t recommend TCM enough. It has definitely helped myself and the other coaches at AUFC. We have also received great feedback from the players themselves.

The Coaching Manual have supported MSB Woolton FC for several seasons now and have been fantastic every step of the way. There has been support at every turn with any query we’ve had with great account manager, and they have gotten involved in supporting our Coach Development efforts as we support roughly 250 coaches.

Having the coaching manual as a tool for our new coaches who are volunteers primarily supporting the youngest aged teams with little coaching experience is invaluable to those that engage, whilst there’s content and support at the other end of the club with experienced coaches supporting older junior/adult sides who are looking for inspiration, new ways of doing things, or simply struggling to balance planning sessions around work.

It’s great we have such a good relationship with Ellie and Chris who can’t do enough, if anything we are looking into ways we can keep up with the support they’re offering! Can’t recommend enough.

I’ve been really impressed with the coaching manual, particularly the app and the ease of it since beginning to use it. I coach an open age men’s team and find the variety of training plans and drills is great as it allows me to have competitive and engaging sessions without having to do too much planning and balancing a full time job.

Just started to use it. In the beginning i had the free version but decided to subscripe for the premium plan. I´m just starting and my team is in off season so i can´t give my experiences how it effects my team that´s why i give 4 stars for now. The rest seems really great, everything looks professional and there are many things to watch and use for your team. The only minus is they say reguraly ask us anything but i did i ask a question one time and still waiting for a reaction.

found it hard at first to get around but have found the whole experience excellent. from working on shape to setting out session. There is something for everyone and from any level. sessions from professional coaches explaining what the out comes are and why we do it, not just diagram. As a coach I watch listen then adapt to help my players develope as not all of us will work with Academy players. Great site weldone

Lots of good material, and very easy to navigate.

We use it for the coaches in our town leagues and they absolutely love it. We’ve had nothing but positive feedback From the new coaches to the one who have been coaching for years.

I have been using the content creator almost from Day one. Clean and easy to use to record sessions as well as show players.
My only WISH is that you would add a triangle to the shaded areas (currently only circle/oval & square/rectangle) so I could illustrate cover shadows when diagramming pressing. PLEASE PLEASE ADD!!!

However, what sets them apart is the customer service. Both Emmet and Ellie were fantastic in the initial communications - both professional, prompt and friendly.

The Coaching Manual is a great resource which offers a fantastic platform for all coaches. Our club has over 80 coaches and each year has a turnover of new coaches which can quickly be added to the coaching manual manual platform and have instant access to the relevant teams folders and resources. A great way for team coaches to working of the same season plan and to go with it the customer service from the coaching manual team has been top drawer. Highly recommended and a real game changer for our club.

TCM is a must have resource for football clubs. As a volunteer led club in N.Ireland, TCM gives our coaches access to top class sessions and ideas in a few clicks and the season plans has been very popular covering a comprehensive curriculum accross all ages.
