I visited Messingham Café and unfortunately found the experience very disappointing. The décor felt cold and unwelcoming, and the staff seemed very immature.
What concerned me most was the amount of sexual innuendo throughout the venue. In my view, this makes the café inappropriate for families with children. I was particularly uncomfortable with sexualised wording displayed on staff uniforms and on the products they sell, including phrases such as “Masterbaker” and “Cookie Sl*ts.”
I found the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsuitable for a family-friendly café.

Lovely touch that they couldn’t sent out my dough so refunded me but also sent something out in its place!

Waited a long time because I was told these cookies were good but they are nothing special really. Only tasted like what was on top of them. Had better and cheaper cookies from Supermarkets.

The cookie slab was great. However I was expecting the happy birthday etc to be in the cookie not the slab. Also I could not see a best before date

If you haven’t been then make it your next trip out… no I mean it! Incredible flavours!

Okay actually unreal!!! I’m an avid foodie as is my girlfriend, we were searching around for the best brownies in and around the area and google showed us the best of the best!

Came across this absolute gem, okay so first of all the customer service was warm, inviting and very friendly, recommendations were made for the next time we come and instantly were showed the specials!

The vibe of the shop is exactly what you want from a cookie confectionery that also boasts amazing coffee and different lemonade flavoured soft drinks

10/10 all round, will be visiting tomorrow

We often visit the cookie people on a regular basis. Highly recommend, we have tried a number of different treats, drinks and savoury. Always friendly staff and a great location.
