My little guy loves his food from TCCC. Lots of different options for fussy eaters and very easy to change options online. The trial pack is a great way to try before you buy and I have peace of mind that he is getting all the nutrients he needs while he is a growing boy.

I love cool cat club food for my cats, really great quality food and great variety

First my kitten loves the meat (pouch and cans) which is great quality! secondly and what usually sells a business to me is that the customer service is brilliant. Quick detailed replies and nothing seemed too much trouble to ask. Would highly recommend.

So far all good. All meals devoured and good service too.

Tried the £5 taster box first, and my Misa cat gobbled up the lot no waste at all. She goes particularly crazy for the 'fillet' tins especially chicken and ham practically looks like human food. Not as keen on the flakes pouch consistency but still ate 95 percent of what was on her plate. So I ordered my monthly box earlier than scheduled so there is no waiting in-between finishing the taster and her new food. And the best thing is you can keep changing the flavours etc you get every month.

Plenty of information and great choice of cat meals

I like the personnel hand written notes etc. Daisy Evangeline is the judge of the Cool Cat Club food & she loves it clearing her bowl which she hasn’t done for a long time! Good service & flexibility of ordering.

After having sad news in my family, Cat and the team did an amazing job sorting out my order at the 11th hour, amazing what you did for me And my cat pebbles she loves the food and I've seen the change in her now she has proper food from cool cat club. Both my fur babies love The Cool Cat Club. The food sometimes looks healthier than my dinner!!! Their favourite is the fish trio (obviously). The personalised notes are such a nice touch too. I was worried about my kitten trial box, as to whether it was right for my little one but Catherine was really helpful and offered lots of information about the products I received. They’re now have food coming every month!

Both of my cats always left their old food never did they finished it.
They both love the cool cat club food never leave any behind. My older cat has energy in playing lovely to see where before she hardly played. Their fur is shiny. Definitely sticking to the cool cat club

So far so good. Marley has been raised on Untamed and suddenly it’s started making his tummy bad so I wanted something I considered to be equally as well made. Delivery has been super quick, cost wise is same as Untamed but food seems to be more of a choice and more flavours and he is enjoying it a lot and being a Maine Coon he is fussy and has a sensitive tummy. So far we recommend very much.

Brilliant cat food, brilliant customer service, very helpful.

Priya is obsessed with Cool Cat Club – not a single morsel ever survives the feeding frenzy! Every meal is met with enthusiastic headbutts and a “where’s the next course?” look. The variety is amazing, the service is spot-on, and it’s such a relief knowing I’m feeding her the quality she deserves. She eats better than I do… and honestly, I’m fine with that.

My kitten is absolutly loving all the flavours and textures of this food her coat is so shiny and soft i would definetly recomed giving the cool cat club a try not as expensive as most others either

I discovered Cool Cat Club when my kitten Bear was 5 months old. Before this, we had tried other brands like KatKins, Untamed and Scrumbles. He hated KatKins and sort of went off the other two. Bear, who is now nearly 2 years old has been bought up eating Cool Cat Club and he loves it. People have commented how good his fur looks and the vets have said he is a healthy boy. We haven’t had any upset tummy issues and we always have clean bowls.

The customer service at Cool Cat Club is second to none. We had an issue with the courier company that deliver the food around Good Friday (no fault of CCC) but it left us without any food. We received a lovely phone call from one of the supervisors at the CCC and he was able to resolve the issue quickly. We always get our food on time now! Definitely a company that cares. We love the little special touches that CCC does… The handwritten postcard addressed to my furbabies and the 3 taster items you can pick for them and being able to donate to a cat shelter. We have now donated 65 food pouches.

We have recently rescued a kitten called Bella who sadly was rescued from a home where she was only allowed to eat human food. When she found her forever home with us, we knew we had to introduce her to the best food there is. She now eats Cool Cat Club with her brother and she LOVES it. She likes to finish her food quickly and tries to steal her brothers, that’s how much she enjoys it. When we adopted her she was a tiny, underweight kitten and now she is a chonky, happy girl who can’t wait for her food to be served.
