Cool Cat club - Is great cat absolutely loves it. Only issue is he’s now a greedy little pudding now and constantly try’s to get more.

Fast delivery, easy ordering and lots of flavours and textures of food available. Having 4 cats choice is a must as they all have their own likes and dislikes. Having all the options in 1 place makes things easier for myself and I now have 4 very happy cats and a lot less food waste.

Our cats are so fussy buy they clean their plates as soon as the food is on the plate. We have been struggling to find food that is nutritious that they will eat, but they love this. It is on the pricier side but worth the cost in my opinion. And great you get free samples to try recipes before fully committing to adding more recipes to their plan.

I’m a bit frustrated with the delivery system through Amazon because despite me setting preferences they just deliver at any time (so far) and didn’t even ring the door bell.
It would be great if you could make it clearer on your website that the tinned food is more expensive than the pouches. I only realised this after receiving the trial pack and trying to order mostly tinned, due to the ease of recycling the packaging.

I noticed a comment below about the packaging, but honestly, who cares? It’s packaging! I’d much rather pay for top quality food and brilliant support than fancy packaging!

It’s early days but so far I am really pleased with everything related to Cool Cats. It’s so easy to order and amend future orders, the choice is amazing and the quality is excellent. Delivery is also really fast. Oh, and the cat loves it too !

The products are great, the service impeccable. I have 4 cats, two of which are very fussy. I initially reached out to the customer service team and was in touch with Catherine, who helped me customise a taster box as my partner is severely allergic to Crustaceans. She helped me every step of the way, even when I had a panic about the cats not liking the food and temporarily cancelled my subscription. Suddenly we hit the sweet spot and found 6 flavours that all 4 cats enjoyed, and when I say enjoy I mean they are obsessed!
Even if they didn't like the food, I would recommend this company on the service alone. The food is good value, and the subscription is so easy to customise and arrives on a schedule that means we won't ever be over or under stock.
Cool Cat Club restored my cats love of mealtimes, and restored my confidence in customer service.

I have a very fussy cat, so finding food he actually enjoys — and that doesn’t upset his stomach — has always been a challenge. I’ve tried various subscription services and higher-quality brands after he kept getting sick on supermarket and pet shop options, but nothing really worked… until now.
The Cool Cat Club’s sample box has been a game-changer. The idea of offering a tailored selection of tins and pouches to try before committing is brilliant. My cat got to explore a wide variety of foods — some he turned his nose up at, of course, but we finally discovered several he loves. And that’s a huge win.
Delivery has been smooth and reliable so far, and the packaging is refreshingly eco-conscious. I especially appreciated the handwritten note addressed to my cat — such a thoughtful, personal touch!
At 13, he’s more energetic than he’s been in years and actually looks forward to mealtimes. No more half-eaten meals or digestive issues. We feed him only wet food on a timed feeder every four hours, and everything about this setup finally works.

Recently moved from untamed to cool cat club for my two boys.

Pros:
- Good app/website
- Wide selection of food
- Cats enjoy and don’t leave it
- No more stinky litter
- Shiny coats
- Good health

Cons
- The packaging is low quality. I have got lots of nasty paper cuts from the pouches every time I pick them up because the packaging is so sharp and badly cut.
- Some of the pouches have no branding on and just say ‘pet food’ which doesn’t look or sound great.

I like this brand but I really hope they take this on board and look to invest in better pouches as I’m sick of getting paper cuts.

The food is wonderful, my two cats go crazy for the Premium Dry Food. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they will sort out any problems, making sure your supply is not interrupted. Customer service is excellent!

I ordered the big taster box for £9.99 and 14 year old cat love some of the flavors she prefers the tin to the sachets. But my other two cat love them all. You can tell it is natural ingredients. I have tried other brands but my 14 year old cat won't go near them she is very fussy. So I will be continuing with this if she is eating. I love the ingredients.

I have tried a couple of cat subscription food before and my elderly cat would not eat them but she ate the Cool Cats food straight away and loved it, when I had opened the tin the first thing I noticed was the smell was light and just slightly fishy and when I put it in the dish there were chunks of fish easily recognisable.
She has digestive issues amongst other things and while on the food her digestion improved and she put on some weight, she seems happier and is a little more active

Great food loved by my team of 5, no waste bowls licked clean and Scarlett has put on weight finally hurray! We are trying all flavours with not one rejection and that's great! Will need to order more before its next delivery as its going fast!
