My 3 cats love the cool cat foods. The smooth ones they are not so keen on but they now wait and shout t me demanding their food and they eat the lot!

Great choices of food for my very fussy cat. Fast reply to any contact I’ve had with them. I do personally find the ordering website a little difficult to navigate but that could be because I’m doing it in my mobile and it may be easier oh the laptop but communication with them for help was easy and I wasn’t treated as a nuisance when asked for help. It was also easy to ‘pause’ my next order. All I all I’d give this company 10/10

Ordered a few trial packs from different high brand kitten foods.
After trying them all (which Teddy really loved)!
I decided on the Cool Cat Club,
Simply because I found that his litter tray didn’t smell so bad with this food.
Easy to change order and stop Subscribing if required ..

Absolutely recommend. Our cat loves the food, it’s great value and we always get a little hand written note with it which makes it more personal. We love it!

I was a bit hesitant to try, especially after previous pet food subscriptions were met with total distaste from my cats. However, they absolutely adore this food and wait for it by their bowls...even returning from adventures in the fields in time for dinner so they don't miss out. Plus one of my cats hasn't been sick since we started her on this food, which is a huge win. I have been very impressed with this company. It is more financially beneficial to order more pouches per month than the smaller amount. Absolutely adore the donation of 5 pouches a month to a cat shelter with each monthly subscription. Great ethos.

Quick responses, lovely emails, great selection of flavours for your cat. The quality is amazing and fast delivery. Comes packaged beautifully with a handwritten note! My cat loves their food, the only one they will finish the whole bowl! I've been raving all on tiktok about the cool cat club too!

Love the choice of food and the the fact that they donate food to cat rescues

I wasn't expecting much, normally when I change my cats food I end up with lots of vomit, very smelly Pooh's and refusal to eat the food. When the trial box arrived my cats have embraced the new foods, not all flavours, but the beauty of the subscription service is that I can tailor it to my cats tastes. Food arrives within 2 days and even after 3 weeks, the cats seem more contented and even my hissy missy is more social.

Good quality food, cheaper than the other top brands and more choice.
