My 4wk old kittens refused everything.when I heat it up they couldnt stop going for more.im so happy..even my fussy scarlett ...the mum..eats it all. They luv the goats milk. Well done team excellent foods excellent service. So glad I found you.

This is the first food that my cat,Dolly, took to straight away. It has taken a few weeks to discover her favourite flavour/s. It is easy to order, there is a good selection of flavours, easy to skip/amend orders. I hope Dolly continues to like The Cool Cat Club.

Firstly, I tried the sample box as I have an extremely fussy eater! She seemed to love all of the different things that were sent so I decided to go for a subscription. Price-wise, I am rather impressed and I love the amount of variety the brand offers. Also, I contacted customer service who were amazingly quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you! The only criticism I have is I found the gravy varieties not to be so much in a gravy as opposed to a runny soupy consistency. I just think if the gravy were thicker, it would be more appealing for the cats. However, Me and my cats are looking forward to a new and exciting culinary adventure!

Im totally blown away with the products and the service... im a servant to an 18 year old housecat, and spent vast amounts trying to find the right diet for her majesty. She absolutely loves all the recipes I've chosen, with no tummy reactions whatsoever. Normally she's sick or has allergic sneezing. Thank you so much for quality products at a very competitive price 🙏

Although my cats are really fussy and initially like the food. I cancelled because a lot of my order was paté which they hate! The service was second to none and customer services very helpful. If your cats love it - go for it

I only had the trial box, which is beautifully presented and all seems really good quality. As it turns out my cat wasn’t being fussy but is actually quite poorly I had to cancel before the subscription started and they made it incredibly easy to do, so thank you for making a difficult time that bit easier!

Really lovely customer service and my kittens, one who has gingivitis and stopped eating, can’t get enough of these. They’re rescue kitties so came with all sorts of issues, but they’re thriving on this.
