The Crystal Company Reviews

I have not been well and have just opened your delivery today. Thank you so much for the wonderful crystals. I am delighted with them. Thank you too for the extra one. How did you know I needed a howlite crystal today?

I ordered a few crystals, two were damaged, they agreed to send a replacement for one (which I received), as they said the other one was a flaw (or something) in the stone…….the other ones I ordered were fine so I’m sure it was just bad luck on my part…. They partially rectified the issue and I can see they get many great reviews but I can only go on my experience and personally I probably wouldn’t order from them again

Such a wonderful company—I’ve purchased gorgeous crystals from them before.

Love my rose quarts point I got from the live sale. everything from paying the invoice to receiving my crystal was a smooth process. Thanks guys x

Stunning crystals of the highest quality and always well packaged

Products were as described. Maybe look a bit smaller in real life- but measurements are given. Beautifully packaged. Appreciate the cards explaining each crystal

Always the loveliest of customer service and care! Crystals are always top quality too.

Beautiful crystals. Thank you.

I am absolutely in love with my order from The Crystal Company! I ordered an Amethyst necklace, and it looks even better in person than it did in the photos. You can tell they really care about the quality of their stones. The shipping was surprisingly fast, and everything arrived safely. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Easy to use website and beautiful selection of crystals, in love with every piece I received. Can't wait to make another purchase 💕

Great company to deal with. Products are quality and always well packaged and complimentary items included. The small touches make all the difference.

These stones are all absolutely wonderful. I love them. Thank you. Shipping from Japan is expensive, but I will definitely shop here again.

Best ceremonial cacao on the market! Great attention to details, complimentary gifts always a pleasure to receive. Quick delivery and great communication from the team. Highly recommend !!!

Love this company excellent products

I’ve just purchased 2 garnets, which are beautiful. Speedy delivery and incredibly well wrapped. I also received a free incense stick and a free crystal in a pouch. However there was no card detail to tell me what that free crystal was. So I emailed you to enquire, but have received no response? Could you let me know? Apart from not hearing back from you, the actual product and purchase process is spot on. I will purchase again. Thank you.

Beautiful crystals, absolutely love each one

I’d been eyeing up some of the Orca Agate Palms for a while and finally ordered a couple. They are stunning and I’m so pleased the them.

Order was dispatched quickly and arrived beautifully packaged with a Petrified Wood tumble stone alongside them.

Will be placing further orders as soon as payday comes around!

Thank you. 🙏

Great products and great service :)
I even got an extra mini crystal

The packaging is just amazing and the crystals are just beautiful. Delivery is quick too

Beautiful stone, beautifully packaged. Feels quite powerful, maybe that’s why they included a black tourmaline or obsidian?
