Great variety of gin! and great service by phone.

Just spoke to Desmond very nice guy helped me with all my questions. Very polite spoke nicely thank you very much.

Finally managed to cancel my membership after trying to do it on line .
Bit annoying as they can only cancel membership but cannot arrange ge a refund over the phone.

craft gun club is very good! i wasn’t expecting the amount that u got in my parcel but i was extremely pleased and i got to speak to the incredibly helpful bianca on the phone, very helpful and very kind! thank you!

Bianca was helpful on the phone, 4 stars for them only reduced by the upselling script they have to follow.

However, you cannot cancel online as is required by the new UK "Click to cancel" law and have to call. As soon as you explain you want to cancel the call handler goes into a "script" about instead changing frequency or putting the account on temporary hold.

All this has already been shown on the website by the time you find the phone number, so is unnecessary. Cancelling should be as simple as signing up.

Shame as this damages my impression of the company which has otherwise been good.

Excellent customer service and great products. Flexible subscriptions - only thing i wouldnimprove os more flexibilty to skip orders for longer periods due to unexpected gin backlog (I know, how???!!)

Great gin - Customer Service by Desmond Jones was fantastic.

The customer service person was lovely Anna. She gets 5 stars but I will say that I think Craft Gin should work on it being more transparent that signing up for the “inexpensive” gin set commits you to the membership! It doesn’t feel very honest.

Desmond was really helpful with our enquiry and sorted this out speedily and efficiently. So nice to speak with someone who understands exactly what the problem was and resolved this to our complete satisfaction. Thank you so much Desmond

Contacted customers services and got Desmond. He proved very helpful and dealt with my requests efficiently and effectively.

Worst customer service ever, this company FAILS in every way to deal on a human level.
I cancelled my membership via email on 1st March 2026 as a result of the death of my partner and the change in my financial situation trying to raise 2 children.
I used to get 1 box every 3 months as a treat but can no longer afford this.
Imagine my surprise when £47 was charged to my credit card this week, despite the fact that I sent a cancellation request some 12 weeks ago.
I then spoke to Anna, who was less than helpful, I asked for the box to be cancelled and my money refunded. All I could get out of her was that she could offer my £10 off my next 3 boxes but she could not cancel my membership as that can only be done by email. (Which I had already done back in march) Since then I have attempted to contact Craft Gin Club again only to receive an automated email saying that I needed to amend my box prior to the 22nd may to effect any change (I did amend my delivery in the first of march)
All I have asked for is a refund of my £47 so I can provide for my now, fatherless children.
I did not want to give up my membership, it has been one of my few pleasures in life for 9 years, but for how they have treated me, a loyal customer in a most despicable way and NO ONE seems to want to resolve my problem. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful company, make you jump through hoops to cancel in the hope you’ll just leave your subscription running.

Anna was very helpful, provided me great alternative options, and was effusive to in sorting out my issue.

Very quick delivery first time joining the club the Gin and tonic waters are amazing .. if you like Gin Rum etc join this club you will not be disappointed

Conned gin bond holders out of our money wiling the debt off their balance sheet to continue trading and drawing huge salaries. You don’t want to do business with this u ethical company.
