Non responsive to any email or WhatsApp so unable to return items, rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs

placed an order. Never recieved the the order, and they dont reply on emails. biggest scam EVER.
placed my order 19/1 2026. todays its 12/02 2026.
got the tracking for the parcel, but the parcel was never delivered to the parcel company....

Produits de mauvaise qualité, manteau très mal taillé, coutures à moitié décousues, matière mauvaise qualité, odeur chimique.
Livraison incomplète car nous avions commandé 2 articles et reçu 1 sur 2,maintenant impossible de les contacter.
Personne ne répond.
Si j'avais pu mettre zéro en note je l'aurais fait.

I am so upset with myself in trusting this company, I have sent multiple emails regarding my wrong size being shipped. It has almost been a month since my first email to them and yet still have heard nothing. With everyone having issues, complications etc. This could definitely be law suite for this US/China company no questions asked.

Ordered item. The took money. Royal Mail tracking receive but that’s it, item never got sent and they never replied to my 3 emails.

If I could score ZERO. Then I would. Ordered on the 10/12/25 and never received my order. Money was taken out of my account the very next day (11/12/25). Tracking number with Royal Mail still says package is still with sender. Tried contacting dogfaceuk via email address on the website but it’s just keeps bouncing back. Tried the WhatsApp number, messages ignored, tried calling, it rings but no answer. Messaged on their Instagram page which is also being ignored too. I’m out of pocket £45 now with nothing to show for it. How do the owners of this company sleep at night, utterly disgusting customer service. I’m now opening a complaint with trading standards after reading all the reviews on here. Please don’t waste your money guys!!!

Do not buy from this site, Ordered items using the size guide and they didnt fit..I then emailed about a return (twice) to which was never responded. I filled out the returns form and posted back recorded delivery, royal mail have been unable to deliver the parcels as there was no one to recieve them! I am now out of pocket nearly £100 and the seller is uncontactable. Have since escaleted to paypal for a refund. don't waste your money or your time

Please don't waste your time or money with this POOR QUALITY, UNRESPONSIVE, NONE REFUNDING company.
No reply from multiple email addresses online. WhatsApp number where they leave you on read and don't reply. Send your products backs and they don't issue you a refund! Reported to MasterCard!!!
Low quality products. Jacket washed twice and all the logos have peeled off. Absolutely appalling service and products. STAY WELL CLEAR!

My granddaughter made the purchase…. Wished I’d read the reviews first so I could advise her not to waste her money
The coat was worn twice and the zipper won’t stay closed .
Like others, my experience is this company does not respond
I am now going to report to trading standards and feel others may consider doing the same

To any potentially new customers please do not purchase anything from this company you will be wasting your money and left feeling very let down and cheated

Can't get in touch with whoever owns this business sent my parcel back as its too big tried to email ect nothing dpd still has the parcel and was unable to deliver typical really

Got a jacket for my xl bully came and fitted no issues cuffs were string elastic with toggles but thought I’d give it a go none the less broke within 5 minutes and were by no means under too much tension. Emailed the supplier who after ignoring my email and being resent the email multiple times replied. With the response of was broken during use. 5 minutes use from a £50 jacket is not acceptable. 0
Accountability poor quality and cheap materials used for the items. Add to that the none existent customer services wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone else.

If your dog is over the age of 4 months old then these products will NOT fit!! The size guard does absolutely nothing for your dog. I measured my dog with a tape measure. Got the correct sizing according to the size guide and it’s completely wrong. I ordered a large. I would need atleast an XXL for my dog. Small will fit a brand new born dog. A medium will fit maybe a 2-3 week old dog and a large will fit a dog who is a few months old. That is it.

Completely abandon this website and completely abandon the size guide to. The coats DO NOT fit the size guide.

I’m very happy with my purchase. At first, we received the wrong item and size, but after contacting shop, they quickly sent us the correct one. Their customer service is top-class, and the product quality is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Terrible. Two items both in the wrong size. And one being actually just an incorrect item, zero customer service response and no way to return the items. An absolute shambles of a company.

Finger weg! Obwohl man die Maße eingeben kann, stimmen die Größen nicht die ankommen. Mir wurde bei einer Rückenlänge von 58cm XL und XXL angezeigt, angekommen sind Jacken in 40cm Länge… retour geht auch nicht, da die Ordernumber plötzlich nicht mehr existiert.

I ordered a jacket for my Frenchie. I used the sizing on the website however is was too small. I sent 4 emails asking for help to swap it for a larger one. No response to any of them. When you spend over £30 for a jacket for your dog I expect much better support. Don't buy fron them. Very poor service, infact....no customer support.

I ordered 2 dog jackets from this site.
They arrived and I found that they were too big for my pups.
I followed the site’s instructions that you have to email them before hand asking to return, ‘otherwise they cannot accept the return’?
I did so….3 times, and no reply!
I then found the returns form on their site, printed it off and sent along with my returns.
Luckily (feeling nervous) I decided to send them ‘signed for!
After 3 weeks, still no refund, and still no reply to my numerous emails, I decided to ask PayPal for their help.
‘The dog face’ also under the name of ‘Always distribution’ stated to PayPal that they had no record of my return, and then stated that they had to be returned within 2 weeks. (Why say that when they had previously said that they had not received them back)
So I forwarded my return tracking number to PayPal of the return, which clearly stated and showed that it had been signed for by them!
This battle went on for 6 weeks.
My order was for £90, and I was not going to give up.
Thank heavens I ordered via PayPal, and that I also sent the return with secure postage.
Today I had good news from PayPal, stating that the dispute was now in my favour, and that I will be getting my £90 back from them!
Thank you PayPal!
