Easy return process
I purchased some runners, but unfortunately they needed to be returned. DOM made the process very simply and refunded me the money as soon as they could see that the company had received the shoes back.

At first, I was honestly a bit skeptical because the price at The DOM was so good and it was a brand I had never heard of before. I did check the reviews, but I still had some doubts.
After placing my order and receiving the package, I was genuinely surprised. The item was very well packed, and I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition.
What impressed me even more was the email I received from Justin, the CEO of The DOM, after my purchase, asking if I could leave a review. I’ve received many emails like that from other sellers before, but this one felt different. It felt sincere and genuine.
I usually don’t leave reviews unless I’m truly satisfied, but this time I wanted to. Not only did I get a great product at a great price, but I was also touched by the seller’s passion for his business.

Excellent shopping interface. Shipping timeframes also good for my location (metro Sydney). Only improvement would be the shipping tracker which seems to lag real time, so I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery.
