The experience was unpleasant
The experience was unpleasant. The company confirmed my booking but later emailed me about a price revision from the airline. As the revised price was unacceptable and the alternative airline schedules were unsuitable, I had no viable options to proceed.
Despite this, they are charging a hefty processing fee to refund my payment, which feels unfair given the issue was not my fault.

The change in fare was due to an update from the airline's inventory system, which affected prices across the entire network—not just your booking. At the time, you had mentioned being flexible with options, and we shared suitable alternatives accordingly. However, these were later declined, and a refund was requested.
As previously communicated, a minor processing fee is applicable for refunds to cover administrative costs. This is a standard practice and was transparently conveyed in advance. We’d like to emphasize that this was not a hefty or unreasonable charge, and certainly not due to any fault of yours.

Some thing is not right
I have tried so many times to book for me and my daughter every time I fill the booking form in and come to pay it wipes the form blank so I called their number and the guy answered Travel house so I asked are you a rep of the easytrips he said No I said why have they got your number on their website he said I don’t know!!!! I think there is something wrong here I just have find someone else.
