They had the best price going on the item I wanted, the website was straight forward to use and order from, good email communication about the order and quick dispatch. Whereas most similar companies (as in the items being sold) have upped their 'free UK delivery' amount to north of £175, this company still gave free delivery on orders over £50. Item arrived suitably packaged.

Came in desperation for Calor gas. My existing cylinder size is being phased out but in any case I couldn't get any type of replacement in various parts of Somerset or Devon. I was getting worried. The Family Tent Shop happily exchanged my old cylinder for one of the new size- even putting it to one side whilst I drove down to pick it up. Getting there I also found a really well stocked shop (ended up spending more money). I can now go away confident that I've not got a problem and having found a very good shop, with helpful staff who know what they're talking about.
