Currently on a girls weekend visiting the Budapest Christmas markets thanks to the family travel club! They make everything so easy and affordable. Thanks guys

I purchased the membership on the 11 November and did not receive a confirmation email. In addition I sent an email on the 11th November with proof of purchase also sent message through there website and on instagram and still no response. Total con artists would never recommend this company to anybody!

Save your membership money and look up your own deals. This "company" is taking membership fees and chancing their arm posting so called "deals"
Research them... something definitely not adding up... not affiliated with booking.com or Ryanair or whoever else they say... Bad form from these chancers!
Wow you do actually reply to customers.
Can you provide a CRN number for your business as this should back up your affiliation claims... @thefamilytravelclub

I ordered a Social Media Guide but did not receive it, though payment was taken. When I sent an email to find out what happened it bounced back or simply directed me to their instagram page which does not allow comments and does not respond to messages unless you are a member. I would like a refund but there is no way to ask for one.

Love the travel club I've had so many great and wonderful holidays since joining it take the hassle out of looking for deals and being able to get best places eat and go ect is so helpful and makes me stress free I love this club worth every penny

I've been a member of @thefamilytravelclub for a while now, although I haven't been able to take up any of the wonderful offers due to my husband's illness health, we're hopeful that 2026 will be our year.

Have joined the club after seeing some exciting deals on Instagram, but cannot give a proper review as of yet, as we have not booked a holiday via any link, but the information and holiday previews look very exciting!

I just love thefamolytravelclub. I dont go on holiday much but it's my hobby just looking at other people's. I love the attention to detail. I have an endless list of places to go. Does what it says on the tin!

Love this page.. fantastic deals and offers I often show my colleagues at work and friends these deals as I find them amazing. Plus side I am now in a good position so I'm hoping to book my first trip for next year with them

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are selling deals with the tagline ‘family friendly’ however most deals either start at the end of the school holidays or begin when schools are on, how on earth are you referring to these family friendly deals? I have tried reaching these guys via emails, insta messages but I am not getting any response. I want to get my membership cancelled immediately and the fee refunded, no further payment should taken next year as this membership renewal should also be cancelled. I am livid they are not monitoring their messages, maybe because they are just having fun collaborating a new deal…. Really disappointing
