And I don’t want this anymore! This is too much of a delay with no explanation from your side. Please cancel and issue a full refund! Pathetic customer support!

I have received one of my two orders after waiting for over a month. Although the quality is really nice and I’m happy with the product, I wasn’t able to wear it for the occasion I had originally ordered it for because of the delay. Please let me know when I can expect the other suit to be delivered. At least an update on the expected delivery date would be appreciated.

I have book two outfits and it’s a prepaid order I have been trying to get my delivery date and tracking id but have got nothing very poor customer service
It was a gift to my mother for her birthday ….no word on what’s the status of my order and going by different reviews i think they’re not genuine
I got a update from them after writing here and everywhere I have two more orders which are cod ones I should let go of them i guess

Extremely disappointing experience

I placed Order #1126532 on 19th August for 3 Sobia Nazar suits. After waiting almost a month, I received only 1 suit under tracking #100469265598. The other 2 suits are still missing, despite having paid for all 3, TOTAL AMOUNT OF 10,530/- rupees

The suit I received also arrived without proper brand packaging or inlays, which was very disappointing.

This is completely unacceptable. I want an immediate refund for the 2 missing suits.
I mailed the customer support multiple times only to receive auto generated replies.

I got a reply to this above review saying that the dresses are shipped and tracking id mailed, however I haven't received any mail or tracking Id regarding the same.

I am sharing this so other customers can be careful before placing a prepaid order. My sister and I both had a very frustrating experience with The Fashion Station.

My sister ordered ready-to-wear suits worth around ₹50,000, and more than a month passed without proper delivery or any satisfactory response from the company. I faced a similar issue with my own order. We repeatedly tried contacting them but received no proper response.

Only after I raised the issue publicly on X and Trustpilot did we finally receive a message saying that part of the order had been shipped.

When the parcels finally arrived, the products we received were completely different from the ready-to-wear suits we had ordered. In my case, I received a 2-piece cord-set material instead of the ready-to-wear 3-piece suit I had ordered. I also have a parcel-opening video as evidence.

This has been extremely frustrating, especially after making prepaid payments and waiting for more than a month.

I am sharing our experience to warn other customers: please be very careful before placing prepaid orders and do your research before spending your money

Guys they refunded my money

I have placed two orders almost a month ago neither did i get any my orders yet or any response yet. I have tried emailing them a couple of times but they didn't seem to be giving any response
Now i want full refund i even complain to national consumer helpline
This is the worst shopping app that I would not recommend anyone shopping from the fashion station unless they improve their customer service and fulfill orders successfully

Can you kindly check in with this order. I should have been smart enough to read reviews before placing order but having license and convincing website made me make the prepaid payment. This is so so so disappointing. Please refund my money or we shall take this matter to cyber crime.
So many negative reviews, all of this combined will be enough proofs to lodge a valid complaint through cyber crime. Please consider this and proceed with a full refund or delivery of the product within this week. I have no numbers to contact to, just automated mails which are least helpful!
If you guys are so strict with return/refund policy on website, at least don’t display convincing time of delivery. This is absurd and so disappointing. Kindly address me back!

Had ordered a suit on July 7th from fashion station, order number is 1118815,i haven't received my dress...please don't purchase from their website ,they are frauds ,once you make payment they give order confirmation and dissappear, they don't respond to your calls or messages...on Instagram they keep posting new collections for people to buy with link of purchase to cheat people and they keep messages on Instagram off...

I placed my order on 25 of August 2026,thefashionstation..but didnt get any response from their side , other than order confirmation ...I tried to contact them on their customer care number but couldnt connect with them and obviously out of frustration I tried to collect info about them by checking online customer reviews ,and seeing online negative feedback about this website frustrated me futher and I also wrote a negative feed back on thetrustpilot...Now exactly after a month i.e, on 24 Sept 2026 the website saw my online review and has texted me that they have shipped my parcel...I hope I can receive the parcel as they mentioned ,and once I will receive it I will share my feedback...guys I have nothing personal about this website I just shared my experience I had with them...And once I will receive my parcel I will share genuine details again.

Just place order on 22 AUG, still it's under processing. Can't reach a human to understand what's the delay. Now ready all these review makes me scared can you ship or refund my amount.

It has been an unreasonable prolonged waste of time since I placed and paid for my order, yet there is still no proper update, delivery, or resolution from your side. Repeated attempts to contact you have been completely ignored., in response only u sent AI generated mails/reply.

Now, I am no longer interested in excuses or automated responses. Only wish to receive my compensation money immediately and issue a full refund without any further delay.

If I do not receive a proper response within a week and resolution regarding my order, I will have no option but to escalate this matter through the National Consumer Helpline's ejagruti portal, Department of Consumer Affairs, and, if required, pursue a formal consumer complaint through the appropriate Consumer Commission.Bcoz after a long wait u didn't replied to second time at national consumer portal too. Such a big scammers delaying in everything since 17th February 2025 really need to pay for it. Order numbers 969923,1086361 and one more paid order of 900 rupees which u removed from my order list?

You refunded in wallet improperly only 4592 is there what about Asim jofa suit ordered(order number 1086361)in January 2160 rupees plus 900 only can sent u sms details from phonepay request.....in all u drained 7620 from my account now returning only 4592 so what about remaining one please please...now onwards no wallet transfer transfer directly only in my phone pay account through my mobile number 9109547857.

AIthough now u refunded money in wallet, sorry to say don’t want this anymore! There is too much of a delay without any explanation from your side. Moreover customer service care service be the same automated messages so Please cancel and issue a full refund in my phonpay! Pathetic customer support!

I am formally lodging a complaint and issuing an urgent public warning against Fashion Station and Zainab Arts, operated by Syed Mohammad Imran Zaidi and Saba Zaidi, for blatantly fraudulent business practices, chronic non-responsiveness, and calculated customer deception. They publicly reply to grievances on Trustpilot falsely claiming they will resolve issues if given an order number—yet even after providing the requested details, they completely ignore all follow-ups and offer zero resolution. This public dance is purely a deceitful stunt to deceive prospective buyers. While running misleading sale promotions on their website—which ought to be taken down immediately to protect people’s hard-earned money—they refuse to respond to direct WhatsApp messages or official emails. Furthermore, they instantly delete fresh negative comments on Instagram and remove critical feedback on YouTube to suppress the truth. I strongly urge every victim cheated by these scam artists to post their experiences and raise public awareness to put an end to their exploitation. I demand an immediate resolution or a full refund, failing which I will formally report their commercial activity to legal consumer protection authorities and payment processors.

I ordered a suit from them in 2024. It’s been two years and I have not received it.

Can you please refund me my Rs70,000 or send the dresses. It has been more than one year without any contact from your side.

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS!!!!! Order a suit in November’25 for ₹4038 but only few pieces of rags came to me. After a lot of effort, these frauds returned the snout only as wallet balance. I tried to use it in March’26 but changed my mind before the actual transaction. So ideally this balance should have been in my account. But no.. they have taken the wallet balance back to themselves. I realised so only on 4th July when I tried to order and settle the balance. So many follow-up later, I’m yet to get back the money. And while crediting the wallet balance I was specifically told that this balance will not expire. BIGGEST FRAUDS!!!!

Worst experience. No delivery of product. Don’t waste your money

Please donot order from fashion station . I ordered 2 suits total worth Rs 13000 they have not sent product nor they gave me refund . I am unable to reach out to them I tried emailing them , calling them nothing is working . It’s so frustrating . Very bad experience . Please stay away from them . My order number is 1118916 I had ordered around 14 th July and it is still showing precessing . Please issue my refund .
