They are fraud and loot people's money
I placed my order ID 955649 in March 2024. Forget about receiving my parcel, I never even got a response back from anyone from their side despite hundreds of whatsapp messages and emails I sent. I was ALWAYS left with an AUTOMATED response. NO REFUND, NO SOLUTION. They simply stole my money. Which was a lot since I ordered a bridal joda. They are shameless scammers who do not care about people's hard earned money. I have suffered a lot of mental and financial turmoil because of them. Till now, no response. It is the end of July 2026 now.

Worst service ever
I placed my order worth 6k - 2 years back and have been texting and calling them for the past 2 years but no one is responding. These people are fraudsters, I'm frustrated to the core. I'm now gonna file a complaint in the consumer court. Order #999875

I am highly disappointed. I placed order for a dress that was ready to ship and it has been several days/ weeks I haven’t heard anything from them. It shows processing. The dress costs 17500. The order number is 1118802. I feel like filing a complaint against this company. I tried to contact on WhatsApp, Facebook and instagram and they don’t respond. FASHION STATION IS A SCAM
The website is a scam. I ordered suits for approximately 7k on 10th February. It’s been 5-6 months since then. They have not responded to my mails, my texts, DM’s or calls. I even went to their “so called manufacturing unit/factory” in noida but that was a scam as well. The location that is mentioned on the website does not exist. There is a different factory there that does not belong to fashion station.
They have also removed my order summary. It shows no orders now. I demand to be given a refund or else I will take very strict legal actions against them.

They are frauds… I recently ordered a dress worth rs7000/-..after 15 days the site still shows the order is on process.. I also visited the address given on site… there is no such office or shops availaby there… they are scammers..

They replied to my review saying they will look into the matter on may 20th but they still haven't responded to any of my mails or WhatsApp messages ever since 2024, when my order was placed and got delayed..now they have changed the Status of my order as shipped from warehouse!!! Where did it go then?! Just vanished into space!!! They loot money..respond only here where people see..not to our personal messages!! All of those people who are giving a five star would be related to them in any way for sure!! They just loot money, i have lost a big sum!!! FRAUDSTATION..u will pay for this one day!!!

Its been more than 6month i placed an order #1097357 total amount paid was 7551/-.this brand just stopped replying they never delivered my product or refunded my amount, I have raised consumer case #(9074561), how you are even running with this much fraud and false advertisement. I paid ₹xyz via UPI on 25 May 2026 for an order from The Fashion Station. The order was marked as cancelled on 26 May 2026, but I have not received my refund.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through emails, calls, messages, and social media, but have not received a response.
I also posted queries on the company’s social media/wholesale page seeking an update regarding my refund. My comments were subsequently removed, and I was unable to continue contacting them through that platform.
While trying to obtain assistance, I noticed other users posting concerns regarding refunds and order-related issues. I cannot verify their individual experiences, but it increased my concern regarding the lack of communication.
I request a response from the company and a refund of my amount at the earliest.
