Everything I’ve ever ordered came at a reasonable time for a reasonable prize and it’s always me my expectations. This is the greatest supplement site I’ve ever encountered even better than going into a store and finding what you want there.

A Carb pack exploded and the entire box was unusable.

Excellent customer service and selection

It took nearly two weeks for my delivery to arrive. FedEx kept switching the estimated delivery date like it was tossing around a pair of dice. I received no updates and had to keep checking back daily to see what was going on.

I always have a positive experience when ordering from The Feed. My orders process quickly and are shipped in a timely manner. I have never experienced any issues receiving orders or with product. This company is fantastic!

Always late deliveries. Not just the last one, for the last 3-4 times, the delivery time has gone up and some of that was purely late in shipping. Also the year end sales on gels for good discounts, had only 3 months of expiry date, that was disappointing. Even this feedback form took 1 day to submit because the code arrived late.

Team was very efficient to make sure there was open communication about my order and do everything they can to make it right. I didn’t have to send anything complaining, they are very on top of their game!

Literally just my favorite company EVER to order from. Customer service is amazing. Their newsletter/ email chain (which I know is just promoting products/ trying to get you to order BUT still) is so helpful and informative. They're literally always running a sale or promotion (I'm a sucker for free water bottles LOL!), and love that they have variety packs for tons of different products so you can try a different brand / flavor without committing yourself to 48 if you have them-which with gels there's a good chance you never want to see that flavor again. Honestly, just their customer service, cute boxes sitting on your porch waiting for you, amazing tracking and communication, everything about them makes them my absolute favorite company to order from!

Order was back ordered multiple times. It was just one item but I had to wait for all of them. Ran out of gels at one point waiting for the order. Loved the products in them but order was just later than I expected
