I especially like the pillar triple magnesium product. I just bought the single serving sticks to take along with me when I compete at HYROX events.

Everything came in good condition. I really appreciate being able to purchase variety packs that meet my endurance needs. I would like to be able to return some of the zip lock bags that my purchases arrive in.

My experience with your customer service was very good. But Fedex was really awful experience. I requested 2nd day delivery to a hotel in NYC where I was staying at. Well, in two words I had to use the concierge resources of Marriott Marquis in order to locate and deliver my order. Finally I have the products and everything is Ok

I recently placed two orders and honestly? I’m blown away.

Both orders arrived with lightning speed. What really struck me, though, was the care:
• Securely Packed: Everything was nestled in protective layers, arriving in pristine condition.
• Exactly as Advertised: No bait-and-switch, no "oops, out of stock" substitutions.

The Feed hasn’t just earned my repeat business; they’ve earned my trust.

Product selection is great, prices are OK, but shipping is terrible. Always takes over a week for items to arrive. Things never arrive when they are supposed to according to the shipping number. Prices are normally just OK, but sometimes sales are great.

The Feed is great. They are my go to place to learn about performance tips and products. Prices are reasonable and love the free shipping!

Not only did they correct my problem, they restored an expired coupon. CS went above and beyond.

Prices have jumped significantly.
Shipping is fast... But not though out.
Regretfully, I might have to consider stopping being a customer. Living in Texas, all my protein bars always arrive in a melted puddle. Even though it's early spring. Maybe you should consider shipping in insulated pouches to alleviate this somewhat.

Customer service at The Feed is excellent. Whenever I make an order, two things happen. First, The Feed makes just the right amount of low pressure offer for makes down similar items. Sometimes I’ve taken advantage of those offers, but I have never felt “oversold.” Second, the freely shipped goodies are on my doorstep quicker than I expected.

Couldn't be simpler. I'm always trying new gel varieties, and new flavors. I prefer different types for cycling and running. I love the options and ability to order 1 or 2 at a time of new flavors and brands. Everything showed up as ordered. The reusable zip lock bag they come in is a bonus to carry gels with me to events.

Took so long to receive. FedEx was supposed to deliver on Monday and I just got it

This was my first review on 3/28/26: "Buyers be careful!! Highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not have the professional integrity customers deserve. I ordered a mtn biking backpack from this company, weeks ago, and never received it. I spent hours contacting FedEx, their chosen shipper, who was no help, referred me back to The Feed. I have attempted to reach The Feed multiple times, and have yet to reach a human being. Instead I’ve been tossed back and forth between AI and internal texting platforms, informing me that “fed ex says they delivered it, so we’re investigating the situation“. No accountability or care for the fact that they took my money, and a package never arrived, I have yet to get any refund and I have yet to be delivered a backpack. Very disappointing! Obviously won’t utilize their service in the future. I suggest you don’t either unless you enjoy gambling?".

Literally the day of posting this review, suddenly "The Feed" was able to process my request, and I was told "a refund had been processed". It is now 4/10/26, and I have yet to receive any refund. Not sure I ever will. After a second bad review, maybe? Sadly it seems that this company doesn't care about customer service, unless their image is flawed with a negative review...

I like to get my nutrition in The Feed because I can always get good deals on my favorite gels.
