The orders are fulfilled fast and have always been correct when they arrive. Wide variety of products which is amazing.

The feed is freaking anwesome and here is why. I ordered a few things for a race coming up and when the package got to me it was destroyed and missing the things I ordered and what was there was damaged. I sent a message that evening to the feed and by the time I woke up they already sent out a new order to replace everything no questions asked with 2 days shipping! That is some incredible customer service!

The Feed offers a large selection of high-quality performance products, and its service is fine. I would have given a 5-star review except the waffle product I purchased was unexpectedly hard compared to similar products I have purchased elsewhere. At home, I pop them in the microwave for ~10 seconds to soften them up. On the road, I just have to chew harder.

The Feed tried to switch an item on my order that was not available to another flavor only informing me after shipment with the expectation that I pay for the switched in product. I'm glad they informed me, but the original item should have been cancelled or allow me to make a decision before expecting me to pay for the substitution. Once I raised my issue with the process, they were helpful and resolved it effectively.

I love being able to try different electrolytes without committing to an entire bag or box. We found some we really enjoyed and now can go back to order more of them! There is such a great variety, and it was shipped so fast.

Product is not an issue but FedEx is an issue.
My box was open and the Huma packet box was opened as well, none missing.
I frequently have package boxes opened or damaged that arrive via FedEx but not by other carriers

I got my package on time but some gels were cut open. I have some photos of evidence at the time of receiving it.
