Very helpful and booking process was very easy

I recently booked flights from London to New York and received excellent service from Leo Williams. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process.

Leo was so helpful getting me the cheapest flight to my destination. He also told me that I could make monthly instalments to pay the balance of my fare - which has been really helpful.
I only stumbled upon the phone number for The Travel Bookings as I had never used them before - but I would definitely use them again and ask specifically for Leo!

To be honest, I found this company by mistake. I made a phone call and realised it wasn't one that I'd spoken to before and that was my luck. I spoke with Leo and he spent quite some time searching for viable flights for us. We had to have some time travelling together and returning separately. I didn't have to mess about trying to coordinate all the different flights and travel arrangements. So well done Leo and the team at The Flight Bookings.

Every time I see flights and they are checked baggage included I ring these scammers who tell me oh those flights are gone and oh that’s not including checked in baggage but I tried to say to the very rude people why are you constantly advertising flights and baggage included yet when I phone you keep telling something different.

I’m fed up with scammers so don’t bother using these people. I would like to call the ASA and report this business for misleading and false advertising.
I phoned 3 times over a 3 day period as I had seen flights for a certain price and I am a regular flyer. What really annoyed me is that every time I phoned they told me all those flights are sold out yet they still had them advertised and i was told that the flights were like 2-300£ more and also no checked luggage yet it clearly stated checked luggage included. So on the last phone call i told the guy im fed up with them inflating the price tricking people to phone and up selling etc

Leo Williams answered all my questions. Called back at the allotted time. Helped ne get the best price
