Would 100percent recommend The Flooring Outlet.
They came out first and measured,I had full house done with Herringbone flooring downstairs,carpet upstairs and some cushion floor in bathroom etc.
Everyone was really friendly,price was fantastic and they did a great job.

I am Disabled and have to rely on people I am getting my garden landscaped and needed some top quality astro turf that is in my budget I noticed The flooring outlet selling astro turf on the market place and I thought I would get in touch with them, when they told me the price for 40mm astro turf that looks real I could not believe it so I spoke to Ben and ordered some when it came the Driver was so polite and helpful which put my mind at rest I got it fitted and was overjoyed with the result so I ordered another roll for the top part of the garden because I am Disabled it is hard for me to gain trust. But The flooring outlet has totally put me at ease and I can honestly say that if you want top quality flooring at an unbeatable price go to this shop and see for yourself

Ben and the Team supplied and fitted all of the carpets in our new build and we received an excellent service from start to finish, all work was done on time with great communication throughout I would definitely recommend.

In-shop the team were friendly, helpful and thorough. The chap who came to do the installation of our new carpet was polite, speedy and did an excellent job. Overall the experience was fantastic, especially for the price, and we'll definitely be repeat customers.

Visited the Outlet on a Saturday morning. Really impressed with the choice and pricing was clear and great value for money. Service was excellent from the staff , the purchase was straight forward and delivery organised. Communication was excellent, the driver ringing with ETA on the day and was very helpful with the delivery.

The flooring outlet was recommended to me by a family member just when I was losing all hope of finding just what I wanted, as soon as I walked into their shop floor I was spoilt for choice! However I did find the exact flooring I wanted and the service was impeccable from all staff, I was shocked at the fantastic prices and will definitely be using the floor outlet from now on for all my flooring needs, I’ve recommended them to so many friends already!

We had a lounge carpet fitted after having an excellent experience with kitchen lino earlier in the year. Staff in the store really helpful and knowledgeable, helped guide us on the correct underlay to pick.

Great service from start to finish. Lots of different carpets to choose from, advice given when needed.
Accommodating as we couldn’t have the carpet fitted quickly due to remedial issues with our builder, but as soon as we were ready it was booked in same week for fitting. Fitter was excellent too. We are very pleased and having bought our laminate flooring there in the past will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
