the flora lab Reviews

Brought my first candles when Floralab was exhibiting at the NEC Food Show and have continue to make further purchases since. The Sicilian Sunbeam is exquisite and my favourite and the smell is so calming and relaxing. I have started buying the wax mets in duos as well going through all the different scent - star gazer and Pear-fact. I burns these when wfh. I didn't realise this about soy wax but they come off easily - no need to freeze to get them off. Thank you

These candles are exceptional! The scent fills the room, the packaging and jars are beautiful and are great for gifting - if you can bear to give them away!!

Best quality candles and scents.
Excellent and personal customer service.
Won’t buy candles from anywhere else.

Such an amazing product, beautifully packaged, great ingredients. Service and delivery was quick and easy

Love the wax melts, they are the best, the smells are wonderfully uifting

I was kept informed of the tracking for the delivery. The product was beautifully packed with 2 small free samples

My beautiful wrapped items arrived promptly and are absolutely lovely... Such clean, pure fragrances... Love them

I loved the packaging and can’t wait to try all of the fragrance! The only reason I gave 4/5 is because my box didn’t have Darjeeling Delight in it. I got some new fragrances though so all is nice! :)

Love the smells and the House and stands for holding the melting wax are beautiful ..

Great products, smell amazing. Met this wonderful lady at a show and just love her products! Recently ordered a birthday present for my mum. Super quick delivery.

Great price for a fabulous candle.

We met Sophie at our local market and purchased a few candles and wax melts, and I’m totally blown away! Not only is Sophie a lovely person, but her products smell lovely, the only candles I will be purchasing are from here! The products are such high quality and you can tell the amount of love and care which has gone into them. They are cheaper than the likes of Jo Malone but similar quality, and it’s great to support a local small business. Thank you!

Beautifully packaged
Fast and efficient
A lovely gift……. Especially for me!

We came across this company at the BBC Gardener’s World Live exhibition in June this year. We bought Darjeeling Delights there and it’s so good we ordered more online. The products are really easy to order. They’re expensive but one cube lasts ages and they’re so potent you really do get great value for money. The Scents are incredible as well so really worthwhile ordering from them.

The candles have beautiful fragrances and the wax lasts well. The service is so friendly and you know the products and made with pride and care. My favourite place for candles.

Beautiful fragrances and packaging, which is all recyclable as far as I can see. After an error with my order I received quick attention and it was all rectified very quickly. Highly recommend. Sophie was a pleasure to communicate with.

Sophie is just a fantastic person, and I adore her small business! There is so much care that goes into everything she does, and all of her products are such amazing quality, and the scents are just unbelievable! They make the house smell wonderful, I am so glad I met Sophie at BBC Gardeners World Live! I am raving about Flora Lab to anyone that will listen, because I just adore the products so much!!

Sophie who runs The Flora Lab is so lovely and you can tell the care she puts into everything she does. As soon as we've lit one of the candles or started to burn a wax melt, our whole house is filled with the smell and we've been complimented on them lots too! The products also make for great gifts for others. The sustainability side of the business is at the heart of everything they do and to still look as pretty, smell as incredible and have the best customer service is just the full package. Thank you so much!

Lovely product, good packaging, good delivery time, personalised note! Merci Sophie! Love it!
