I had a query which was promptly resolved and, as a consequence, I ordered double what I'd already intended. The website is well laid out and easy to use.
The food selection is amazing and I was able to buy three Christmas presents in one visit.
I run a small business myself and I am always keen to support other small businesses.

Needed to contact TheFoodMarket.com to ask a question. Emailed back same day to say they were not sure but would find out asap. This was Friday and after the weekend I got a reply. This is the sort of service that definitely gets my business, too many companies say “you’re very important to us” yet make very little effort. I will definitely be placing an order and for more than originally intended. Well done 👍

When a problem arose...not with salt ..but with Royal Mail...everyone raised the standard bar for customer service and the service was exemplary. Can only say 5 stars in every respect and will surely shop with them again.

I have just received an order of Bread flour from The Food Market,I only ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived today,Friday,and the use by date was June 2023,very satisfied

Excellent Blue Monday cheese from this company. The order was slightly short when I weighed it, so they contacted me back apologising, giving me a partial refund & 10% off my next purchase. You couldn't get better customer service! I will definitely be ordering more, as I love the flavour & this excellent company is a pleasure to deal with.

Since I discovered truffle cheese I am absolutely addicted. Found it straight away on the website, which was easy to navigate. Really reasonably priced too. Said it would be here in a week but arrived within 2 days, amazing. Such a great range of food too.. Will be ordering from here again and again!! Thankyou x

Found the product I wanted on the site and placed the order easily. A small error with my order was quickly and pleasantly resolved by Angie. Will be looking again for some artisan/independant treats.

Mu first order and delivery noy due yet but I have to give 5* for communication which to me is so so important Without communication nothing can be resolved.
Not only did we communicate but it was a quick response and as the hamper I ordered was yo e delivered for a relatives birthday in a few days a quick response was welcome. Now I can relax and be pretty sure that our present will be delivered on time.

I had an issue with what I thought was an undelivered parcel by the expected due date. The communication with Angie at TheFoodMarket was exceptional. It turned out the parcel was delivered, on time, and put in my recycle bin without dropping a delivery card through the letterbox. That said, the card may have been disregarded with junk mail. Anyway, all rectified in a timely manner. Thank you!

I placed an order recently and realised I’ve made a mistake with the gift message in one of the deliveries. I contacted customer support and got a prompt reply from Angie, which happily sorted out my issue.

The hamper was delivered nice and early and the recipients were very happy with it!
