Since using the training hub I have found it to be very user friendly. The courses are well informed on the subject matter and have a handbook to download for future reference.
There are plenty of courses covering the subjects we need for our business.
Whenever you call the Training hub they are very helpful, polite and friendly, even if you ask the same question over and over again as I did when I first started using the system....so Thank you.

Great selection of courses and very helpful staff

Diagrama foster carers and staff have found the training hub a great resource. It is easy to use, having various learning platforms makes the information sharing easier to understand and more likely to be remembered! Being online allows access for some of our more 'difficult to reach' foster carers to be up-skilled and remain current with specific knowledge areas in fostering.

We have been using the Foster Care Training Hub for approx 4 years now.It provides a great choice of courses for Foster carers, staff and children. The access is great for carers who are not always able to attend our own in house face to face training courses. It is easy to use and staff are always available to ask any questions.

I've used the Training Hub for the past year in my role as a Supervising Social Worker, both completing online training myself and supporting Foster Carers to do so.

We have been using The Training Hub now for several years for both our face to face training and online training requirements. The Hub can always accommodate any date we require and have trainers all over the country which is great for us. The feedback we get from our carers about the course content and trainers is almost always 100% positive. The online training service also provides a huge amount of courses to choose from with a lot of free ones available. Staff are always polite, helpful and prompt to reply with any requests or issues. We highly recommend!

They have a host of really knowledgable and dynamic trainers who never fail to deliver informative but also enjoyable training days and their variety of online courses are superb and easy to navigate. There is always a representative on hand to help with any issues and everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and can't do enough to answer any queries. I highly recommend their services.
