Communication was excellent leading upto the installation. They are very knowledgeable with the product and everything related to it. The attention to detail and the desire to keep the customer (me) happy was.... just perfect. If all companies behaved like this then the world would be so much better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Theft Stop to anyone. It's not often you get perfect service but this is one of those occasions. I am so glad I chose them for helping secure my investment.

From the time of booking our appointment for the company to come and fit the lock to our van they kept in contact with us even offering us earlier date to the one we had booked. The guy who came to fit the lock kept us informed of his arrival time to do the job on the day, he was very professional, polite, efficient, from start to finish it took approx one hour. Definately recommend this company

Martin came to my work place, as I was unable to drive to Birmingham where they usually do installations. He kept me up to date with what time he would arrive. Brilliant company to deal with. Very professional and excellent work ethic. Both the reverse lock and safe look like OEM fitment and my van was left clean and tidy afterwards. This lock gives me peace of mind that the van can’t be driven if it got broken into. To top it all TheftStop came all the way to the south coast to carry out the work. Thankyou.

Right from my initial contact with them communication was great, they answered all my questions about the products, provided me with a prompt quote and despite being exceptionally busy even managed to fit me in for an install at a convenient time for myself. During the install Martin was extremely professional and efficient. He spent time explaining the kit that he was going to fit before starting and talked me through everything that he was doing as he was doing it. I'm really happy with the finished product and would happily recommend them to anyone considering getting additional security on their Motorhome.

Purchased a safe to go in my motorhome. I had tried one before which was not so well made and much smaller. This one makes much better use of the available space and I believe is much better quality.

Super simple and easy to use and was fitted at my home address in under an hour. Incredibly efficient team of pleasant and friendly technicians installed my lock and then gave me a detailed overview of the locking system and its functionality. Provided with 3 sets of key and a number of window stickers. Under 3 weeks from order to installation, totally satisfied with the product and the first class service from the Theft Stop team.
