Nie polecam montażu blokad w tym miejscu. Firma została poinformowana, że pojazd będzie przerabiany na kampera z trwałą zabudową ścian. Mimo to, po przyjeździe okazało się, że siłowniki zostały zamontowane w ścianach. Po roku jeden z siłowników przestał działać. Reklamacja została rozpatrzona pozytywnie, jednak firma odmówiła zwrotu kosztów transportu, mimo że wielokrotnie nalegała na osobisty przyjazd w celu diagnozy. Sama diagnoza zajęła zaledwie 2 minuty.

Jaro installed the Bear Lock for us, and was very informative, also giving us advice on other products and how to make them more secure. He did a very professional job. He also found a fault unrelated to his product that someone had GLUED up, and spent time fixing it properly, even though it wouldn't be seen. !st class man, 1st class company. Thank you.

From the first contact i received a friendly, helpful and prompt service. 2 Years later i rang again having changed our camper and still received the same service and they remembered me and gave me a discount for a repeat customer.

I know those great, high quality devices as using (or used to use) them at other cars (all previous ones installed in Europe). I'd like to focus on service, then as in terms of cars I'm ... pedantic.
Everything done like in theirs promo - seats, steering wheel, floor, etc covered to keep it clean as it was. Once done - vacumed (just in case). Hands and uniform very clean, so there are no dirty stamps or so in my car. Damages - none. Extremely professional approach.

These guys are pros. Bless him, even came and did mine in the freezing cold. But now I have a lock I feel secure in knowing, when I leave my boy(van), he’ll be there when I come back.

Experience was generally fantastic, really pleased with the instal and Andrej was very accommodating, professional and friendly.
The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of poor communication at the beginning of the ordering process. I wasn't informed when my part came in and had to chase to get an instal slot. A little more communication and it would have all been perfect. Really happy with the end product and quality of instal.

One of the lads up from the midlands to the northeast to fit the Bearlock yesterday. Took around an hour.
I was shown how it works and give the keys.

Having researched a number of security options, I decided that the Bear Lock was the best option for my campervan. From first contact, I found the communication with Theft Stop to be excellent and they were very accommodating with arranging an installation date with me.

The device was fitted by Andrej who was extremely courteous and professional and took great care with my vehicle. It has already become second nature to engage the lock everytime I park up somewhere, something I wouldn't do with other devices.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bear Lock and the services of Theft Stop.

I had the bearlock fitted some 18 months ago and it has been a great product, no issues.

A rattle started to happen and it looked like it was possibly something to do with the bearlock so I contacted them and arrange for Andrej to visit to have a look.

Andrej arrived on time and introduced himself, such a nice man, so polite.

He had a look at the bearlock but couldn't find anything wrong so off came the dash and he soon spotted the issue, nothing to do with the bearlock but he fixed it for me anyway which was really appreciated.
