Nice and very friendly

First class service from start too finish. We traveled too our fitter Martin to have our Bear lock fitted as it best suited my needs and I couldn't be happier with the locking system and the professional manner in which it was fitted . Very clean everything was protected with seat covers and even steering wheel was wrapped to protect although to be honest it's not a messy or dirty prosses to fit but every care was taken to protect our campers interior. If only all vehicle trades were as good.

Great communication when I placed the order and deposit.

Goods arrived early-and we agreed a fitting date on the phone (I elected to take my vehicle to the fitters location).
Paid the balance the day before fitting, and set off to Coventry!

Martin was the fitter, and he was professional in approach and actions.
Talked me through the scope and we left him in peace to do the work.

An hour later it was all completed, everything perfect and well executed.
No evidence of any work having been carried out actually-except I now had a new button to press under the gear-lever!
Martin walked me through the operations required by the system.

After reading all the glowing reviews of this company I hoped it would be a great experience but everyone I dealt with all went above and beyond!

Initially Rachael was very helpful answering my many questions over a few weeks on both the bear lock but also the meta trak system they can now install. She also looked into the different locations I could have it installed to keep the cost down.

A few days later when the parts were available, I was contacted directly by one of the installers Martin who went out of his way to arrange install from my parents near Birmingham on a Friday so I didn't need to pay the extra travel cost but only needed to take a day off work (they don't both usually work Friday but rearranged things for me which was very appreciated). They were even able to do this within just a few weeks of paying my deposit which was ideal to get the van secured and get rid of the vanxiety!

On the day of the install Martin and Andrej arrived promptly and talked me through the whole process (even answering all my unrelated questions on advice for removing trim correctly when we come to do our camper conversion). The previous owner of the van had damaged the trim when previously removing it to add some speakers and not only did they point this out but managed to fix it so the interior is now probably as good, if not better than it came out the factory!

It was very refreshing to see the attention to detail on whole install, with them installing it all as if it was on their own van, not just "doing it to a standard" like a lot of people seem happy to do...

Once installed I was showed how it all worked. There was a cruise control error code that they spotted after the install but this was just due to the starter battery dropping with the various starts and stops to demo the system but they both asked me to get in touch if this didn't resolve after a drive to charge up the battery and have checked in a few times post install to check everything is running okay, which has been very reassuring.

Overall if you are looking to improve your van security, I couldn't recommend the Theft Stop team enough.

What can I say seemless from start to finish, plus the install took no time. These guys know what they're doing. Also what a brilliant simple yet very effective product. If you want to protect oyur pride and joy this is for you.

When I placed my order I was told it would be a 6-8 week wait, 2 weeks later I had the fitting booked. The fitters came from Birmingham to Sussex and called because they were running late. They arrived at 7.45pm, fitted the lock in around an hour, in the rain. They then had a 3 hour drive back to Birmingham. They covered our seats, gave us a full demo and were very polite. The product is great and I feel my 60k camper is now that much more protected from theft.

Fast and professional service throughout. Came to Essex to fit our Bear Lock on our VW T6. Arrived on time and fitting took less than one hour. Martin and Andre were really friendly and professional. They fully explained how to use the lock before they left. Highly recommended service and product. Now we can feel much safer leaving our Campervan Bertha !!!!

After about 18 months of use, I started experiencing some difficulty with my Bear Lock. The service I have received is beyond anything I could ever have wished for. I emailed the guys late on Friday evening when the Bear Lock just would not engage. I had an email response from Rachel on Saturday then Jarod called me on Sunday afternoon. After some discussion, he said he would get somebody out to look at it for me. Andrej called me on Wednesday and came all the way to North Wales on Thursday morning! He was able to rectify the problem and now my Bear Lock is working smoothly again. Thank you so much, guys. I would 100% recommend anybody to use you for their vehicle security.

From the moment I ordered the items I have received excellent customer service, and today on the day of agreed installation the amount of detail that was explained to me was first class.Everything was explained on the operation of the products , and then I was asked if I had any questions. Communication was excellent from the outset. I discussed my security needs and got some excellent advice. Utterly professional and never pushy, Jaro patiently answered my questions and also liaised with the dealership to arrange fitting of the security devices before I took possession of my new vehicle. The installation itself was carried out professionally and without issues by Martin who also followed it all up with a phone call to talk me through use of the new devices and answer any remaining question I may have had. Outstanding service - thank you!!!
